Nice stay with that hotel nice quality of food in restaurant and rooms are also good condition and cleanliness. Staff also nice for helping us for all needs. Location is nice just one km from Taj Mahal. Thanks to all.

It is a very clean, beautiful and big hotel. The service of the employees is really great, every wish was fulfilled. They provided us clean water, also late checkout and helped my girlfriend to put on her sari. Special thanks to Md. Rafi and Mister Shariq who really did the very best to make our stay great! I also worked with my Laptop and the WiFi connection was very good to have online meetings in Teams. We used also the laundry and ironing service, it was fast and super clean! I really can recommend this Hotel, since its very beautiful and has a great team which cares about the customers.

The staff were friendly and nice, and we asked them to change our room and give us a better room The location of the hotel was very good, it was on the street leading to the Taj Mahal, and there were many cafes, restaurants, and shops around it The hotel breakfast was excellent

I don't think it's good that the entire cost of stay must be paid at the time of arrival

The staff was super helpful. They arranged for everything thing asked. Geyser was not working so they arranged hot water by buckets. They provided us with new electric kettle also for hot drinking water. Complementary Breakfast set was very nice and will make you more than full.

Place can be more clean. Maintenance was not that good. (But it costed very less, that too with breakfast).

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 9am. We got to Hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Inspite of confirming them that I will check in they said after arrival that the whole hotel is booked and they are only left with 3 rooms in which one was bot what we booked and on the other other two the facilities were poor.

Room was cosy but comfortable. There is small garden and terrace. It was good localization for us and helpful staff
