I came to Agra for a short 2-day, 1-night trip and booked this hotel through Booking.com. After booking, the hotel called me to guide me from the bus stop to the hotel, which was a very kind and helpful gesture. Upon arrival, the staff gave me a warm welcome and asked about my journey. The room was very spacious and clean, and the washroom was hygienic and well-sanitized. The owner of the property, Mr. Ramesh, personally looked after the comfort of all the guests, which truly reflects the quality of their hospitality. The staff and management were very supportive and even helped me book my return bus ticket. Their care and attention made my stay smooth and memorable.

The Taj Vista Hotel is the most beautiful in that area. The rooms have wooden furniture and everything is furnished with a taste for aesthetics - from curtains, lamps etc. The architecture has Rajasthani details, so it gives an exotic touch. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food is delicious, the staff is very professional and kind. The terrace on the roof is amazing, especially in the evening so you don't have to leave the hotel to enjoy the evening atmosphere of Agra. The manager went extra miles to meet my needs. I highly recommend visitors to Agra to choose The Taj Vista Hotel so that in addition to excellent accommodation you will have beautiful memories not only of the Taj Mahal, but also of the warm friendly care and helpfulness of the staff at the hotel. The room is light and spacious, the bed very comfortable. The furniture and the room might not be the newest, but is absolutely clean. All functions well, very good shower. The hotel is in a quiet side street and the walking distance to the Taj is great. Food was very tasty with a good choice and very reasonably priced. But most importantly one is well looked after. The owner snd his Sun go over the top to make sure one has all that is needed for a comfortable stay and visit to the sights, with very helpful advice, late check out, organising drivers etc. I felt very comfortable and safe as a single female traveler. There was a sports ground in front of my room with flood light on all night, but that is not really the hotels fault! The dining room is a bit dark but the food good.

The Taj Vista is such a nice place to stay! The primary desk clerk, his name is Vicky, is a treasure! I seriously doubt the hotel could function at all without him. The food I had from the restaurant was quite good, super-generous portions, and very inexpensive. The hotel is located a block off a fairly busy street and the neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet. The hotel and surrounding buildings are all fairly new - some possibly as old as 20 years. The rooftop area is very nice and a great place to have a cigarette in the afternoon with some shade and typically a cool breeze. Tuk-tuks, taxis, and local businesses selling water, cokes, chips, snacks, etc. are close by on the street a block away. The desk can also arrange taxis for transport to where ever you need to go and when ever. The location is excellent and well positioned for the things you will want to see. Agra is really a pretty large town; the Taj Vista is off to the side of it nearest all the historic stuff. Don't be tempted by a quickie day trip to Agra! Spend at least a couple of days at Taj Vista to be able to leisurely see all there is to see - well worthwhile. The hotel is very clean. I must say that the disinfectant (presumably) that they use is VERY strong (like strong Pine-Sol) and takes awhile for the smell to dissipate (use exhaust vent in bathroom).

I was very disappointed that there was no refrigerator in my room - since the listings specified that there would be. They do have a fridge in the dining area, just off the lobby, that one can use. Still not like having a small fridge handy so a cold drink can be at hand. Aside from that disappointment, everything was really nice and it was a great place to stay.

I just loved the environment and the breakfast was so nice, the owner of the hotel was so calm and pleasant, the reception staff, helping staff also so kind and helpful for all the queries, reasonable price and the hotel is highly accessible for vising nearest tourist places in agra espTaj Mahal, we just walked little distance to reach there. the rooms are spacious and restrooms are much clean and clear. the foods are also affordable and super taste, had a nice stay experience there!

We had a great experience at this hotel. It’s beautiful inside and out, and just a short walk from the Taj Mahal — perfect for an early morning visit. The staff was polite, helpful, and caring. The rooms were spacious and clean, with fresh linens and towels. They also helped with luggage without expecting tips, which was very kind. The management was very loyal and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Agra.

The hotel is very good. Price worthy. The room size is very good. the beds are cozy. The bathroom is clean. The linen is clean n cozy. The food in the restaurant is ok. the staff are very cooperative. They allowed us to check in late and late check out also. Family can stay happily. the vicinity is very good. This is place is just 2 kms away from the taj gates. Lot of autos are available.

Cab walas find it difficult to locate the hotel. We booked a cab and he took 20 minutes to find the place. The place is just 75 metres inside to the main road. Just because of this we missed our train by 2 minutes.

Great experience at the Taj Vista. We only stayed for a short time as we arrived late and left early but we couldn’t have asked for more. Contacted ahead of arrival, clear directions given, a very warm welcome, spacious rooms with excellent cleanliness and amenities, in room dining excellent and the kitchen gave us service even though it was late. Location also perfect for visiting the world’s wonder. All this for exceptional value, 100% recommend the Taj Vista to everyone.

This was a great hotel at throwaway rates with friendly staff and awesome owner, rooms very spacious, very clean and the literal walking distance from the Taj Mahal, not lying literally just 2 mins, makes it best place to stay. Never ever felt we should have taken another hotel, would recommend to everyone 10/10

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were all extremely nice and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks to the hotel manager—he was exceptionally helpful and genuinely cared about the guests. His warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming experience.
