We reached the resort on our own (self-driven), a little behind schedule. We were greeted by the GM (Mr. Ratheesh Nair). They were expecting us. The check-in procedure was a breeze and was expedited by the Front Office Manager (Ms. Shalini). The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance. Room: The room was well appointed and the airconditioning, linen, toiletries, and mini-bar were well equipped. F&B: The buffet meals were well placed. However, the menu was the typical "pan-Indian" one. We were looking for typical Kerala cuisine, so we restricted ourselves to "a la carte". the staff gave us good advice on what combinations, and portions to order, and to put it in one word the food was "outstanding". Activities: Mr. Ratheesh and Ms. Shalini gave us good advice regarding the timings and what trips to take and that came in very handy in deciding the trips to take. Housekeeping: The housekeeping was efficient and the rooms were kept nice, clean, and well-equipped. Indoor Activities: The pool table, badminton court, and board games were maintained very well.

This sentence is not about what we did not like, but more of a suggestion. There was no bar at the resort. As a result, one has to carry one alcoholic beverage along and consume it in the privacy of the room. it is suggested that and liquor licence be obtained and a bar be set up.

This was our first relaxing vacation after our second newborn. We’re so glad that we found this amazing property. Everything about this place was brilliant. From rooms, location, sightseeing options to customer service . We travelled from Chennai and had pick up and drop organized by the property. We enjoyed jungle safaris, spa, walk by the Kabini river ( backside of the property), good food and recreational activities ( pool, shuttle, carom, play area for kids, chess and sitting by the camp fire, feeding rabbits/birds) Sharing my feedback of each staff member- 1.Arun ( driver) was exceptional. He drove carefully while I held my newborn. Very simple, sensitive and responsible person. 2.Shalini- one of the smart, responsive, and smiling staff of the team who helped with check-in and everyday food orders. She ensured food options that we requested for was taken care. Very proactive and carried billion dollar smile always. Appreciate your support, Shalini! Gave her a tight hug while I left the property and promised to come back soon : P 3.Sebin- took care of our food needs and serving the dishes with love and care 4.Sabeel – served the food and always carried welcoming smile 5.Praveen- Proactively called and organized for cab and tracked our safety ( onward and return) 6.Jayraj- ensured all the check-in formalities were quick and seamless. 7.Ratheesh- was overseeing overall needs / requests 8.Anoop- ensured we had all details on the outing/ sightseeing options 9.Vishnu- one of the staff who is brilliant in playing guitar 10.Sridevi – front desk staff who ensured seamless check-out Siju Mathew( owner of the property), if you are reading this post you should know that you have one the best team. every single person was genuinely caring and took care of our needs. We felt like home. We would love to come back soon and will refer this place to our friends and family.

Personable staff, personalised service, great tips and pointers and good natured people. They also had some great packages for day trips and safety was assured as the hotel staff was always involved in ensuring the guests were transported properly

A slight issue with instructions given a day prior not followed as we liked but otherwise it was decent.

Accommodation: The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in room amenities was impressive. Service: The staff at reception went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service at the restaurants, every team member made me feel like a valued guest. Special thanks to the front desk and spa staff members for their outstanding service. Dining: The dining options at the resort were fantastic. I enjoyed a variety of delicious meals during my stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide selection of dishes, and the ambience and cuisine were both top-notch. Amenities: The resort offers a wide range of amenities to keep guests entertained and relaxed. I particularly enjoyed the spa kids' gaming area.

Nestled in the serene wilderness, this property boasts a picturesque river stream flowing beside it. The culinary offerings are outstanding, with a delightful array of authentic Kerala dishes to savor. The staff, led by the ever-welcoming Ratish, goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable vacation. What's more, it's a pet-friendly paradise – we enjoyed every moment with our golden retriever.

Located close to Nagerhole tiger reserve, it offers a good location for those who wanted to go for safari and Wayanad sightseeing. The property is peaceful, well maintained and clean. The staffs were courteous and the food was good

All the staffs were very friendly and accommodating towards my pet. Extremely friendly staffs. Hatts off to Pradeesh for protecting my dog from the local dogs during the trek. Treking was amazing.

Facilities like swimming pool, badminton could be better. They can also arrange some activities around the Kabini river.

The staff is very courteous n hospitality is excellent. Entire staff is professinaly well trained.

The provision of hot tap water in the room was not up to the standard. We were compelled to take bath with cold water.

Good strategic and scenic location that connects well with all attractions . Night Safari was fantastic. Good support from all staff, especially from Anoop

Add more indoor and in-house activities, which can be utilised during rainy days

A nice and beautiful boutique resort just near the kabini river breeze. All the staff are good and courteous. The room was spacious, neat and clean. A camp fire was also there after dinner. Indoor games options are available.
