Apartment has one living room kitchen and balcony and two bedrooms, one with attached bathroom and bathroom be bathrooms on common area. The place was very friendly, the feeling was something like we went to one of our relatives house, what I can say is if I am planning to go some where near to this place, my first option will be this place.

A nice property with all facilities in place and a friendly staff and owner. Rooms and washrooms are very spacious and are spic n span. Not only the Owner aunty ji was very polite, helpful and kind, but what deserves a special mention is the presence of Arjun, a young lad and a student: person responsible for maintenance and customer co-ordination, etc. He is a gem of a person and a true good Samaritan... Right from our check in to check out, he was always on his toes to help us with all facilities and guidance. On the day if our check out, I discovered that my car's left front wheel was punctured. He went out if the way, took all the trouble, removed the wheel himself, trotted with me on his two wheeler throughout the city and got that fixed personally. He also ensured he fixed the wheel back after the punctured tyre was fixed. His effort saved the day and a we were out of the mess. He did not accept any monetary help from me inspite of me insisting on it as a token of gratitude, but instead just requested me to remember him as a friend. He has also been awarded by the govt for having saved the life of a person once during a crisis. Thank You Arjun, Auntyji and thanks Bethel Service Villa for the great experience! You will be my first choice when ever I visit the place next!

The host was very courteous and helpful despite the language barrier. The breakfast was hot and tasted homely; despite the fact that we hadn't booked it and it was arranged for us. Help was handy for senior family members who were with us. The location was good amidst nature and felt like home. The host prayed for a good day for us as part of their daily prayers - which was very touching.

Availability of hot water, when solar heater doesn't work, could have been better, sinks in every bathroom and mosquito repellants could be made available. Understand the peak season, pricing could be been much lesser. Credit card payment option could have been there.

It’s a great place to stay.It was the best experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The family was very cordial and welcoming Ensured we dint face any problems during our stay. The plantation around the stay, brought a lot of colorful birds around the house, made us feel the sound of nature at its best

The rate shown on the app, for us was lesser, and the rate showing in owner's phone on the same app was slightly higher. Guessing it must be a glitch from the app. We eventually paid what was shown on the app on the owners phone.

Personal support, the driver provided was good to visit the tourist destinations of Wayanadu. Clean blankets and well cleaned Rooms

Addition of a Restaurant/ parcel from near by eatery would have been great.

The location is awesome and peaceful, owner Aunty is humble and very helpful. Overall a nice experience. Don't forget to take your own toiletries and towels. No showers in washroom .. Hot water is available.

Quiet, clean. We arrived late and were welcomed.

We didnt have sheets, only blankets. No hot shower. The lady did not speak English.

The villa was very neat and the owner was very humble and kind and helped us especially with vessels for cooking. She was just like our own family member. I liked the stay and ambience alot. Best and memorable trip so far.
