Clean room and comfortable room. Staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. The breakfast choice was variable, good on first day, less choice subsequently. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was good. Location not too far from Golden Temple, 5-10 mins in a tuk tuk, but not a great area for walking round

We had a few communication difficulties at breakfast. The area isn’t great and no restaurants nearby so the only option is to eat in. We had to request cleaning, no one had been in so toilet rolls and towels hadn’t been replaced

It was a night of hell, just as 4 memenber of my family fell in to a deep sleep after a long day of travel. just passed midnight the building work started, the hammer started banging at 12.45 am , and I had to call the reception, it did not stop!! My son wdnt dosn four times and I had to go down to the reception few time, still 2 hours later there was the sound, then drill noise started. It was hell night for us 4 in our 3 bedrooms. All we wanted was to sleep. If we wanted noise, we could have slept on the road 😤

Location: Very Good: The hotel's proximity to the Golden Temple is a major plus point. With easily accessible e-rickshaws available 24/7, reaching the temple takes only 6-7 minutes. Reception: Excellent Service: The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly efficient, taking only a minute and two minutes, respectively. The staff's flexibility in accommodating our early morning departure request was truly commendable. They prepared a packed breakfast for us to enjoy on the go. Breakfast: A Delicious Start: The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of tasty options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Food: Tasty and Affordable: The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food at reasonable prices. Cleanliness: Spotless: From the common areas and lifts to the rooms and bathrooms, the hotel was impeccably clean. Good location- close to golden temple yet away from craziness. Be particularly aware that getting to an accommodation next to the temple (this hotel is not) will be a nightmare (or almost impossible) with a taxi/uber. Best to choose the hotels outside (like this one) and take a short electric rickshaw ride (50-100 rs based on your negotiation skills) New hotel and well maintained. Staff is well balanced- not exceptionally eager nor rude or disengaged.

Heating in the room is not reversed cycle. The rooms are insulated and have good blankets. But if you are a cold sleeper, you might struggle in very cold nights. Design flaw for the shower panel and water will spill over the dry area such as basin and toilet. Although a quick penguin walk with a towel will fix it in no time :)

The location of the property is good, close to Golden Temple yet not at a very congested place.

Overall there is nothing to dislike only if the staff could have a little more customer orientation. From the reception to the travel desk and the housekeeping everyone was only looking at the interest of the hotel. This is good for the short term but in the long term they will have to see the interest of the customer. They tried to give a room without windows by saying it is more quiet and peaceful when both rooms were equally peaceful.

I stayed here three nights and was very pleased overall. The property is newer and everything feels clean. The breakfast buffet was quite satisfying and it was nice to sit outside on their "SkyDeck" (which is actually on the 2nd floor, not on the rooftop as it sounds....you cannot go onto the roof). The A/C worked great, the bed was comfy and the room is nicely decorated, even has a fridge. The location is decent, it's a (very horn-ridden) 20-minute walk to the Golden Temple. It's easy to find a hotel closer to the Golden Temple though few if any will be as clean as this place.

I paid with a credit card and my card was charged twice (they were having issues with the machine, don't think it was intentional.) I noticed the double charge a few hours after checkin and went down to show them and there were no issued getting the second charge reversed. The showerhead was broken and most of the water came out of a hole on the side. I just had to tilt the showerhead sideways to make it work though it wasn't perfect.

Very clean comfortable rooms and amazing helpful staff, especially the manager Michael, who gave us lots of tips about travelling around Dharamshala (where we were headed next), what a lovely man! Very central location and close to the Golden Temple, either 20 mins walk away or 8 mins on a Tuktuk/autorickshaw. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we had such a lovely stay in Amritsar! Breakfast was also great with a lovely vegetarian Indian style buffet at the hotel’s restaurant. Really value for money and we cannot recommend this place enough! Really classy-looking hotel with well AC and ceiling fan rooms! Nice bathroom too!

Nothing, but if you’re a foreigner remember to bring a universal adapter to charge your electronics!

Hotel is more than expected , Hospitality is Awesome , Specialy Juhi Mam at the front desk is nice and very Corporative, just a little advice the mini bar concept is ok as the eatable things you put in the basket is ok but the charges are high as per market either you put a tag Available on DEMAND unconsiously someone eat you will charge it in his bill this si just a advice.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at during our time in India. It’s very cozy, modern and well-decorated, very clean, and the staff is amazingly friendly. Bed is super comfy too! Additionally, they were even so kind to give us a free room upgrade!! And when we wanted to extend our stay because it was so good, they went out of their way to make it happen. Breakfast was very tasty too. All in all, this is the place to stay when you’re in Amritsar.

The hotel was a 5 to 6 minute drive to the Golden Temple, which was perfect for us. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and attentive. We had 4 rooms and they manged to occupy us all on one floor, which was really handy. The manager Malkit Singh was very nice and a lovely gentleman. We would definitely stay there again.
