Liked the hotel very much considering affordable prices and excellent service. All staff were really helpful and rooms were nice and clean. Food was great and genuinely priced. Had parking on site and few minutes drive to Golden temple.

Everything was great except linen and quilt cover, if the Pribson works on daily washing the bed linen, pillow cover and quilt covers, this hotel would be like a 5 star. Overall considering room prices they exceeded my expectations.

The Resturant manager was not very friendly. We were leaving early for our flight after staying there so couldnot have breakfast. We requested takeaway box for breakfast. We advised him the day before and in the morning it was not ready. They then give us a cucumber sandwich yet we had paid for a full breakfast . They don’t have a free pick up service at least one way. The manager then took us and we had to pay him. He did not care to assist us when we got to the airport just took the bags off and left us to deal with getting trolley. I was so disappointed

The room size was excellent and had all the facilities mentioned in the booking. The location is great, being just 2.5 km from the railway station and the same distance to the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. The staff were polite, and the security guard was also very helpful and kind.

The food was tasty but seemed a bit overpriced, though still acceptable given the quality. However, the tourist taxi charges were significantly higher compared to Uber or Ola, or even hourly rentals.

SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD THE OWNER WELCOMED US LOOKED AFTER US TOOK US TO THE GOLDEN tEMPLE WHICH WAS THE MAIN PURPOSE OF VISIT THE AMRITSAR. THE HOTEL IS ON HALF AN HOUR FROM GURU RAM DASS INTERNATION AIRPORT. I WOULD ALWAYS GO STAY AT THE PRIBSON HOTEL WHERE EVER NEXT IN AMRITSAR HIGHLY RECOMMED THIS HOTEL.

EVERTHING WAS 100% FULLY SATISFIED AND VERY HAPPY STAY.

Amazing experience...The owner and the staff were so welcoming and kind. We just can't put our experience in words...all our needs were met immediately...The Owner Mr Kaka, treated us like family, he even personally took us for darshan at Golden Temple...what better blessings could we ask for...I recommend everyone to stay at The Pribson Hotel for a warm and homely stay, filled with love and care...Thank you Kakaji.

Nothing good at all

Nothing was good at all the reception don’t smile and take say good morning at all the room was ok in the bathroom was no hand towels we have to ask for them and was not good to stay there at all tea was not good at sorry to say can’t sleep at night time so much noise all night

I was traveling with my family and booked this hotel based on the reviews. We had an excellent stay here. The staff is very pleasant and helpful also the rooms are very spacious. The best thing was that the hotel has its own restaurant and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel when you plan your trip to Amritsar.

Location is quite convenient to visit the Golden temple and Jalianwala Bagh & the market place. Brothers dhaba is also close by which serves the best punjabi dhaba food. We used to take e-rickshaw @ 20/- per pax to visit these places as the roads are not easily walkable. The hotel and the people, Mr.Rahul specially and all the staff members are very helpful and courteous. Mr.Rahul served us food himself when we reached the hotel (laccha paratha, daal makhni & paneer masala) and also took us to the border in his car. The room service was fully used by my kids (to order snacks at random hours... the maggi, soups, veg pulao, mint stuffed paneer and omlet toast were good) :-). Thanks again.

The hotel is comfortable but did not have any other facilities nor good view from the window but its value for money. The cleaning staff needs to be trained to clean the room floors properly.

Centrally situated, friendly staff. We wanted some food that was not listed on the room service menu, but the staff was kind enough to help us organise and send it through. Owner/manager of the hotel personally assisted to drop us off at the airport on our way back. Pleasant stay with the property, value for money.

Not enough potable water for the room. Sheets were clean, but not newly/freshly laundered.
