I was a lone female traveler and the staff here made me feel very comfortable and safe. Most importantly they looked after me when I fell sick having to cancel onwards plans . I enjoyed my stay in Amritsar, breakfast was lovely in particular South India idly and samber . The choice is great ! Lovely tea and coffee . The staff are very helpful and polite . For someone travelling from the West this is a clean hotel , no funny drainage smells in my room , air conditioned. Hot water all the little luxuries we enjoy. This is a great location for the Golden Temple.

There’s not much to not like about this property- location is great . Perhaps a little outdated in design features but it wouldn’t deter me from staying here again . Also probably doesn’t need carpets in the rooms .

Location is perfect as it is walking distance from the temple and other important areas. It is very clean and efficiently run property. The rooms are adequate in size with comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. The room service, housekeeping and breakfast are of good standard. The guard at the entrance to the main lobby greets you with the widest of smiles every time you come into the hotel. The cafe at the lobby level serves good tea/ coffee and snacks.

I wish some of the other customer facing employees are more relaxed and smile instead of giving blank stares. The guests here are not routine business travellers, but family and old people who come from far flung places to visit the temple city, and it would be very welcoming and reassuring gesture. I guess a little training would solve this issue.

The hotel was well located in the center of Amritsar and Close to the main attractions there, mainly the Golden temple, Jallianwala Bagh and the partition museum. also within walking distance. The hotel is well decorated and maintained well. We stayed here for two nights. I had requested for an early check in and we could check in by 1 pm. The property is vintage style, however well maintained. It was still undergoing a refurbishment. All the staff from the personal in the front desk, the room boys and the others were very friendly and helpful

The room size could have been slightly bigger for more comfort

Stayed here as hotel initially booked was very poor and needed a quick fix as we refused to stay in our first choice (yes we were scammed but as we had not paid it cost us nothing!). However was a great swap as we both fell ill (flu or covid potentially) and it was a very comfortable hotel to be in when under the weather. Location was great as it was only a short walk to Amritsar main attractions. Food also good and not crazy expensive.

Went to rooftop cafe but pool out of commission and service was so allow we left. Otherwise all good.

Staff were gracious,kind and helpful . Food was good . Room were clean. Location was good

A mosquito was disturbing on the first night. Upon reporting ,the matter was immediately addressed. Towels were clean but not new. On 2 days hand towels were not provided due to the wet weather. Breakfast was nice except selected papaya piece on 2 days were spoil. Both lifts were spoiled during my final day . However action was taken promptly within 1 hour The above shortcomings were compensated by the excellent staff conduct throughout our stay

A very safe and friendly property near the Golden Temple . We were 2 girls staying and the staff especially the front door guard, made sure about our well being and safety . From advising us about pickpockets to hiring the best e- rickshaws to providing us with their best driver for Wagah and Airport pickup & drop , they did it all . A special mention for its location.Jallianwala Bagh , Shri Harminder Sahib , Partition Museum ....all are just a 5 - 10 minutes walk from the property, Brothers Dhabha , Kesar da Dhabha , Gian di Lassi , Gurudas Ram Jalebi wale are just round the corner . Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family

Fantastic location right in the heart of Amritsar, with everything you would want see within easy walking distance. Other 'international' hotels leave you miles from anywhere. Excellent restaurant.

'Hot' water was never better than tepid, but not too much of a problem in these climes...Street dogs tend to kick off and become noisy on occasions but, hey, this adds to the ambience!

Great Staff Courteous Attentive 24x7

The size of the room booked was 31sq meter, instead got 21 sq. meter version. On asking they did not show me the different category to satisfy the issue. My original booking was for 2 days with breakfast, on extending the booking for the 3rd day, the brekfast option was deleted? No idea ; how this option was taken away from my booking. Please do check that this does not get repeated at this hotel.

Breakfast- the spread was to the point and covered all kind of food/meal expectations with very good taste and plenty of options to choose from Location- the location of the hotel is ideal to Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, Partition Museum and the main market area. Plenty of options of areas to choose from the hotel location. The railway stations, Wagah Border and the airport are nearby providing convenience. Room- Nice, clean, spacious and loaded with appropriate facilities. the hotel is surely a value for money.

The location - close to the Golden Temple, museum, eateries and shopping. The newly renovated look. The breakfast was scrumptious and varied.

The linen in the rooms were smelly - felt they were used. The towels were damp and limp and stained. Hair on the floor. Seemed like the HK staff was not attentive to the cleaning. Also, at breakfast, the restaurant seemed well staffed but was difficult to catch their attention- they just wouldn’t come to the table.
