Cooperative staff Good to hear Gurbani every morning Good variety in complementary breakfast. The chef is good. All varieties were tasty The location per se is bad and dirty in terms of surroundings, but they do arrange one complementary drop to Golden Temple. There's a lovely Lassi shop in the backyard. You just have to turn left as you come out of the hotel and then again turn left after a few steps and walk a little to come close to Lassi Shop.

Clean & smart rooms (we stayed on arrival in Punjab & again before leaving) with comfy bed, ok shower and good AC. Excellent location for the Golden Temple (15min walk) and bus & train stations. Restaurant is unexciting but perfectly fine if you don’t want to go out for dinner. Very helpful staff. Excellent value for money, all in all.

Stayed for 4 nights on my first trip to the city. The hotel is conveniently located near all important attractions. The room was very clean and had all amenities you will typically expect in a good hotel. The staff were very courteous and always ready to help. The breakfast spread was very good and you can order and enjoy hot omelette, puris or parathas. Found it economical too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Well nothing major. The hotel offers welcome drinks and also one drop to golden temple. We didn't ask and were not offered proactively. Our room was at back side. Only saw a huge tree when you open the curtains. No view ar all. Lastly there are stray dogs around premises which bark through the night. Could be disturbing for people who sleep light.

Can't think of any reason to lower the rating from 10! Great location to explore the city! Just a 15-minute walk from the Golden Temple and next to the main road! Felt very safe here, and breakfast was delightful! Even more praise for the manager who allowed me to extend my stay for the same rate. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, always communicating with me. WiFi was good, as was the bathroom and air conditioning.

I guess only when the government cut the data off for the whole city for a day... Other than that. I can't think of any criticism.

Well located just within the Hall gate, and in easy walking distance of the Golden Temple. The rooms are a good size and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was organised to our needs in the rooftop restaurant. The staff tried their best to provide us with information and helped when our taxi driver did not speak any English. Good option for a comfortable stay in Amritsar.

The front desk could have more readily available information for tourist visitors.

First day the shower went cold after a while and had to inform the reception on the issue. They took care of it and ensured monitoring of their boilers and water temperature. Overall happy with the location as it’s close to golden temple - walking distance and the cleanliness. Staff is polite and courteous.

This is a newly opened hotel at least it feels that way. Everything is bright and shiny and new. My room was on the small side but had everything I needed. Located a block from Hall Gate, it was easy to find and be found. No street noise. Walking disrance to bus stand. Nice breakfast with omelet station on offer. Front desk staff very helpful.

Hotel does not offer hot water or heat in the room. Who knew that it could get so cold in Amritsar in December? Ŕooms are only cleaned on request. Who knew you had to ask?

The hotel has an excellent location, walking distance to the Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh and the Partition Museum. I had an excellent meal in the restaurant on my return from the Wagah/Attari border ceremony. I got to the border on the hop on/hop off bus which was excellent value.

The close proximity of this hotel to Amritsar's major attractions was excellent. All members of staff were polite, friendly and helpful. My room was very light and comfortable. Breakfast, actually, all the food I had onsite, was great.

One Morning the breakfast came a little Kate
