Hotel was clean and matches the photos but staff behaviour could have been better. Centrally located. All major attractions and eating joints are quite close by

Staff behaviour could have been better. They gave us slightly stained towels for which we didn't make a fuss, however, at the time of check-out they claimed we had stained the towels for which they asked us to pay. We declined and left. Additionally, we asked for their help in booking a car to the airport at 9:15 am very early in the morning. The person at the reception mentioned they would inform to the person who would be in charge after 9 am. No arrangement was done and we had to find a way to avail a cab on our own and reached the airport just in time to catch the flight

The first shift during mid day and early morning front desk are hospitable listening patiently and helping. but one person is irritating. The rooms are good and clean but a little bit of standard improvements necessary the restaurant on the 6th floor is awesome. early morning with the fog of entire amritsar is a great view. had difernet varieties of morning breakfast.

some front desk staff needs to be taught how to be hospitable . when customers pay and come we don't expect rude answers.

Hotel staff was good except few ones. We asked for plates, spoons and bowls but they simply deny. We were late from Attari border so dinner timing was over at the hotel but we order it from outside and then we ask hotel staff for plates and they said we can't provide it and you are late it's your issue not ours. Staff needs to be polite and humble we are paying for it they are not doing any favor on us.

My stay at country inn was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Special thanks to the girl in the restaurant name Miss.Khushi, she is very helpful and kind.

Hotel Country Inn Hall of Heritage The hotel situated in the inner part of the city, walking distance from the Golden Temple and other attractions. Even though we weren’t disturbed of traffic and horns. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and fairly comfortable for the standard. Bathroom clean and have worm water (which is not available anywhere). The wi-fi may be a bit unstable, but whether it is general issue in Amritsar or specific for the Hotel we cannot judge. We ate morning and evening meals in the Hotel, but there are more possibilities in nearby restaurants.

Really a nice hotel for stay. Every staff is very professional and miss Khushi the GRE is very nice by behavior, she is always ready for help. We definitely recommend for this hotel

The rooms are nice & clean. The restaurant is excellent, we had couple of meals & breakfast every day.A very good chef & service team. Went out of way to make me something different on our request. Breakfast had lots of choices, different food every day.

Housekeeping could improve a bit. Noticed a lack of staff in the restaurant during breakfast time, just 1 person running round.

The breakfast was nicely arranged and food was superb. We enjoyed a lot. The only suggestion is multiple variety should be added in order to avoid repetitiveness of food.

I like the room very much. My overall experience is very good with this hotel and i will definitely suggest this to my friend s and relative. Staff was very supportive and the service is quick. I am very much happy with my stay and family enjoyed a lot........

Staff were very professional. Helped in organising taxi to Wagah border and good communication before arriving the hotel as well. Room was as described, clean and comfortable. Maybe a bit small if you have a lot of luggage, but for us it was perfect. Clean bathrooms and good food for room service. Location is excellent. Just 1 min walk from Hall Gate if you come by bus and 15 min walk to all the major attractions like Partition museum, Golden temple etc.

Very friendly and courteous and accommodative staff. Took care of all our needs. The breakfast tasted decent and had a couple of options. The room and bed size was comfortable, a/c and facilities in the room were great. the hotel staff took care to make sure of the cleanliness. The location was close to golden temple, just a short rickshaw ride. I would return and recommend if you are traveling to Amritsar. It’s a good value for money which is the icing on the cake!
