Hotel was clean and matches the photos but staff behaviour could have been better. Centrally located. All major attractions and eating joints are quite close by

Staff behaviour could have been better. They gave us slightly stained towels for which we didn't make a fuss, however, at the time of check-out they claimed we had stained the towels for which they asked us to pay. We declined and left. Additionally, we asked for their help in booking a car to the airport at 9:15 am very early in the morning. The person at the reception mentioned they would inform to the person who would be in charge after 9 am. No arrangement was done and we had to find a way to avail a cab on our own and reached the airport just in time to catch the flight

The excellent hotel in the heart of Amritsar. When anyone want to be a good with there family or friends than please stay at hotel. That is greatest hotel of value for money. The hotel with clean room, excellent ambience and courteous staff, special mentioned the Mam name Miss Khushi, she is really good hearted person and she is very kind not only for us but for everyone. Thank you country inn team for make our stay great.

The first shift during mid day and early morning front desk are hospitable listening patiently and helping. but one person is irritating. The rooms are good and clean but a little bit of standard improvements necessary the restaurant on the 6th floor is awesome. early morning with the fog of entire amritsar is a great view. had difernet varieties of morning breakfast.

some front desk staff needs to be taught how to be hospitable . when customers pay and come we don't expect rude answers.

My stay at country inn was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Special thanks to the girl in the restaurant name Miss.Khushi, she is very helpful and kind.

Hotel staff was good except few ones. We asked for plates, spoons and bowls but they simply deny. We were late from Attari border so dinner timing was over at the hotel but we order it from outside and then we ask hotel staff for plates and they said we can't provide it and you are late it's your issue not ours. Staff needs to be polite and humble we are paying for it they are not doing any favor on us.

Good stay with the hotel country inn. All the facilities are good, nice amenities and well mannered staff, special thanks the GRE of the hotel Miss Khushi. She has excellent skill of leadship and well mannered behavior.
