Beautiful hotel, luxurious in every department and obvioulsy extremlely well-managed. In every aspect of our 7 day stay we experienced committed staff doing their very best to provide exceptional service. From the moment we arrived we were pampered by Sangeeta and her team who looked after our needs so attentively. The extensive grounds are absolutely beautiful and immaculately groomed. The pools and their surrounds are equally stunning. We enjoyed the selection of restaurants, bars and the coffee shop. Everything was spot on. Well recommended.

The beach was disappointing but this had no effect on the overall enjoyment of our stay.

A Truly Memorable Stay! My wife and I recently spent a week at the Grand Hyatt, Goa, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The resort is stunning—spacious, beautifully landscaped, and set in a truly picturesque location. Everything exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed by Chandnan Bagli upon arrival, whose hospitality stood out right away. He generously upgraded us to a gorgeous sea-view room at no extra cost and personally showed us around. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered spectacular views—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The entire property is beautifully maintained, with quiet corners to relax and unwind. The pool area was a personal favorite—serene and relaxing. Dining was also a highlight, with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful dishes and excellent service throughout. What made our stay truly special was the personal touch. Chandnan kept in touch during our visit and thoughtfully arranged a surprise anniversary celebration with flowers, wine, and cake in our room — an unforgettable gesture. We were also looked after wonderfully by the housekeeping team, especially Priyaranjan and Suman. Their attention to detail made a real difference. We also had the pleasure of meeting Rahul and Sangeeta, who made us feel genuinely at home. Whether you're after rest, luxury, or a bit of both, Grand Hyatt Goa delivers on every level. We left relaxed, happy, and already planning our return. Highly recommended!

The service was incredible - the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. We notified them in advance that our child had additional needs and Mridusmita went above and beyond for us. She arranged for us to have Riya as our butler, who was the kindest and sweetest soul. Nothing was too much of an ask - she went out of her way to ensure our son had everything he needed. And for us as parents to be at ease and comfortable. Riya and Mridusmita are one of a kind and we can’t thank them enough :-) we also had a great housekeeping team Sonu and Anand who put lovely surprises in our room which our son loved. The room was always so clean and well looked after. A beautiful 5* resort with stunning interior and facilities. The pool was always the perfect temperature and so well maintained as were the grounds. So much for the kids to do in particular the kids club, and we loved the italian and indian restaurants so much! We cannot recommend this hotel enough, everyone is so welcoming and we cannot wait to go back again (hopefully for a much longer trip!)

The mosquitos in Goa!

The level of service at this hotel was exemplary. The communication with the staff prior to arrival (especially Kreesha), was superb, and on arrival the hotel was very accommodating and flexible for our needs with young children and a grandparent with a disability. At all times there were helpful and friendly staff on hand to ensure our stay was fantastic, whilst the pool and other facilities were great for the children. The staff around the pool were brilliant, the young manager and his colleague Bishnu, were superb. The hotel is kept in fantastic condition, whilst the selection of restaurants and food at the buffet was really good, moreso the willingness to provide a dish outside of a la carte is always welcomed.

The only issue is that the beach by the resort is pretty poor - not the type where the children can go and make sandacastles, it's more a black sand murky beach. In the end we travelled into Panjim and to Baga beach to get a bit of sand for the children. For the prime beaches you need to travel to the south of the island.

We visited grand hyatt for 5 nights for quite relaxing vacation and certainly lived upto our expectation, the property was well maintained and very clean over looking the bambolim bay area. Staff was very attentive and welcoming our host sangeeta varghuese made sure everything was well in order and rishav our butler/housekeeping manager along with his team were very helpful , they even went ahead to make our anniversary special via swan decoration along with flowers and cake. The dining room buffet was sumptuous where the attendants moupiya,aman,krishna looked after us very well getting everything we needed

We stayed at the Goa Grand Hyatt from December 31, 2024, to January 4, 2025, and had a mostly fantastic experience. Highlights: * New Year's Eve Extravaganza: The complimentary New Year's Eve party was absolutely incredible! While the staff was understandably overwhelmed due to the sheer number of guests, the overall experience was truly luxurious and memorable. * Exceptional Service: * Kartikya, the manager at the Pool Bar, was incredibly helpful when we arrived and all the kitchens were closed. He went above and beyond to find us food options. * Sudha at the Chulha restaurant was an absolute gem. Her kindness and warmth made our dining experience truly special. We enjoyed dining there multiple times thanks to her excellent service and the delicious food. * The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the staff, especially Moupiya and Kapil, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. * Water Sports: We had a wonderful time with Aquasail. Sanjay was a great coordinator, and we appreciated the hassle-free refund for the day we couldn't attend. One Minor Drawback: The beach area was unfortunately rocky and muddy, making it unsuitable for swimming. Overall: Despite the minor beach issue, our stay at the Goa Grand Hyatt was truly memorable. The exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and the unforgettable New Year's Eve celebration made it a highly recommended destination. Tips for Future Guests: * Book in advance for the New Year's Eve party to avoid disappointment. * Consider dining at Chulha Restaurant and enjoy the exceptional service of Sudha.

Beach was not best for swimming

We had a fantastic stay at the Grant Hyatt Goa. We had a room upgrade to a suite which was very much appreciated! Vikash was very attentive and made sure everything was great for our stay.

Although not part of the Grand Hyatt, the 160 feet experience wasn't that good. The advert states on the billboard outside the main dinning room you enjoy drinkS and three courseS. We only had a single drink and one course offered. This isnt as per the advert. The staff did the minimal effort possible. Mostly crouching down and being on their phone. Be aware if you do this it is NOT as advertised.

One of the best hotel with everything amazing impression right from the arrival and till our departure. It was Just perfect. The hotel has beautiful view. The staff of the hotel are fantastic. Always takes care of its guests with a smile on their face. Ms. Sangeeta was in touch prior arrival , helped us with the early check in which we are very grateful.. she is very competent, friendly and helpful and very caring towards us. Person like her makes very big difference ,creates a great atmosphere. She personally ensured that our stay in the hotel was amazing. Nehash was very good. And all the staff are very attentive to the smallest requirements. Papu from Housekeeping made sure our room is Always kept clean.We will dedinetly want to again. See You soon Sangeeta in Poland

The staff , right from check-in to check-out , were exemplary in their attitude, attention - they felt almost like an extension of our family. The facilities - the two pools, the lovely Jacuzzi and sauna/steam areas, the casino, sailing, etc etc ; all made us feel we got more value than the money we paid for.

The beach is a bit meh compared to other beaches in North and South Goa. Also, any trip outside to Panaji takes 15 minutes, and to Baga/candolim/calangute - 45 minutes ; and ashvem/mandrem beaches a good 1.15 hours. Its better to book a half-board package to save time.

1. Great pools; number of sun beds provided and different lounging bed options and vistas including hammocks on the lawn 2. High security; well manicured grounds and evening fumigation for mosquitoes. Lovely lighting in the evening. 3. Plentiful supply of water in rooms and at the pool 4. Excellent fresh bakery items at breakfast and interesting dessert range at dinner 5. Comfortable rooms and balcony seating; complimentary flowers, fruit, snacks etc and towel origami and abundant replenishing of products daily 6. Convenience of location to Dabolim airport 7. Staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you to everyone including Donald, Ravi, Rajendra, Moupriya and Suchitra. 8. There are a range of restaurants; we also ate locally at Bay 15. Taxis are available through the hotel and outside the gate but travel to restaurants will cost at least 1000 rupees. There are no walkable options for variety over your length of stay. 9. The casino on site seems very popular and the sky dinner hovering above the bay looked a unique experience.

1. Poor internet which dropped in and out in different locations 2. Overuse of the QR code to access services and menus 3. Indifference of spa staff leading to non use of services 4. Poor marketing of entertainment; menu in main lobby which is rarely visited by guests after check in 5. 20% discount for meals was not deducted at departure leading to delayed check out 6. Beach location is disappointing; under developed services and aggressive local dogs 7. No discount on multiple beers in buckets from room service; large beers unavailable which reduces value for money
