The beach is very close, the surroundings are pleasant, and the staff is friendly.

No shower screen or curtain – bathroom gets completely wet after a shower (no mop or cloth available). Toilet paper quality could be better. No attractions nearby – transport needed to get around.

Wonderful staff. For a 3* hotel, found most I needed to get through the day.

A little too remote, thereby having to commit to the resort, or else taxis every day. Not the best beaches in Goa, and no lifesavers. But handy to visit Panjim and GOI airport.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful. We had all we needed. We even got a welcome drink and a welcome packet. We planned for 3 people and we arrived 4, they just arranged an additional bed without any problem. Breakfast is amazing and food price is reasonable and very good. We definitely will go back there if we go to Goa again

The Moskito, maybe they should add Moskito net in the bedrooms for the bed.

Staff is very friendly and promt to look into your queries. We booked a Sea facing cottage, so the view was awesome. The garden grounds are well maintained and green.

Breakfast needs to be improved. Spread can be limited, but should focus on quality.

Very good location and peaceful place to stay.. some staff are exceptionally good and helpful like Sandeep and Shamim..and couple of other staff members. I recommend this place 👌

The location is gorgeous - straight on the beach which is almost like a private beach. The staff are polite and helpful. It is very family friendly. The place is spread out and well designed.

Superb location, breakfast almost on the beach, good view. No need for more luxury.

Aircon didn't work well, breakfast was somewhat limited, coffee in breakfast is not so good, but the small bakery - coffee shop near reception has great coffee though.
