The room was nice and spacious, bed comfortable and clean. Location near the airport, and close to shops and bus stop. Bit further from the center.

The personel was polite but not very helpful when it came to help with off-hotel facilities (eg. where to rent a scooter? “there are many places in the city”). The bathroom really missed a floor scrubber, to clean the wet floor. There were also no paper towels in the room. The TV was not connected to internet and resisted our attempts to connect, so we could not use it. The prices in the restaurant were in the higher end and they did not include tax and service charge. Portions of our biryani were though huge and drinks came with snacks.

I accidentally booked the only suite and it was lovely. The northwest-facing pool allowed for a comfortable midday swim. Breakfast had fresh omelettes, porridge and some pastries, which was a nice touch. The staff were nice and the hotel’s location near the airport was convenient as my stay was cut short.

The shower and sink dispensers were empty and after informing reception, only shower got refilled. The shower stand collapsed upon turning the water on. The bath mat looked quite past its day, which was surprising for an upscale hotel. The breakfast selection catered mostly to national guests which I presume is the majority at the hotel. The fruit options could be improved beyond just watermelon and cantaloupe melon.

The excellent service-orientation of the staff stood out. Though they were very young, they were professional and very well trained, I must say. Cleanliness of the rooms and the common areas, food quality are other factors that raise my rating. They even packed up a very generous breakfast for my early morning flight.

Lack of a professional travel desk, which could advice guests on tours as per their preferences.

Room was very spacious. Bathroom was very large sized and good. Location was plum on the main road. Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful.

The pillows are uncomfortable, it appeared that the hotel management simply purchased cheaper stuff available in the market. Couldn't get sleep for a long time due to the pillows. All 4 pillows given were very large / thick. Cable television, some more entertainment, news and movie channels could have been provided. Mosquitos issue need to be tackled (there was one mosquito definitely in my room which bit me 2 times during the ve.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful with any requests I had. Even though there was an issue with my card on Booking.com, they kindly held my reservation after I let them know I’d be paying in person. Really appreciated their flexibility and excellent service!

The only downside was that the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which was a bit off-putting.

I really liked your service, food was very good, your rooms were also very clean, the only thing you should fix is the wifi connection because the wifi connection was not working properly and one more thing you should do is please keep tissue papers in the rooms. Thank you

The hotel advertises that there is a bar however there was no bar and they informed that they did not serve alcohol. Also advertised a mini bar in the room. There was a mini bar in the room which was empty. It would have been nice to have an alcohol drink with food.we went out to eat for this reason.

The biggest plus of this hotel is its prime location, which is very close to the airport along with amazing and warm staff members. My special mention to Elizabeth, Leslie and Rajiv who ensured my stay was pleasant. The room was clean, the in-dine and buffet is great too! All in all, highly recommend this hotel.

Stack up the mini bar , of course on payment yet it's a good gesture. Instead of asking clients to ask for free of cost toiletries if needed, Just put it a male female gift hamper.welcome drink at reception makes a lot of difference, plz add it.
