It was just for an overnight stay before we head off towards the southern part of Goa. For this reason, it was a great property that is located about 7 mins car ride away from the airport. Great when your flight arrives after 22:00 in Goa Dabolim, and you just want to get into your room. The breakfast was great with surprising extras like Poori and Roti paratha (which we did not order), that were offered to us to try. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The cab company they were working with were also very friendly and very honest with the cab fares. The name and number of the cab company is available in the rooms. If you intend to stay for a longer period in Dabolim, it is worth noting down this number. Others will try to con you with exorbitant cab fares. Example: we paid 2200 Rupees from this hotel to our next destination which was about 64km and depending on traffic 1.2 to 1.7 hours away, compared to different cabs that wanted 900 rupees for the 7 min ride from Dabolim airport to this hotel. It should have been about 300 rupees max according to the taxiometer I checked online.

There was a pool but it was empty... would have been nice to have a morning dip if the pool was in service.

Really friendly staff, clean and well looked after accommodation. We stayed here for 1 night to use as an access point to the airport which was only a 5 minute drive.

The taxi service outside the hotel were pushy and demanded tips from us before competing the journey. Limited to what other taxis and felt under their jurisdiction as to what we could do. Taxi owner was brilliant, but his staff on the other hand maybe need a lesson on basic manner.

From the check in to check out everything was a breeze. I'd like to especially mention the warm hospitality of Ameena the Res. Mgr, Shanti, Bhim (I think it's her name) and Bahadur the Man Friday. We loved that Bogmalo Beach was only a km and half away and the beautiful Naval Aviation Museum was round the corner. Both places within walkable distance if you love long walks esp to view the incredible sunset!

A few suggestions to improve the service: It would be nice if they provide a dental kit and daily morning newspaper, as well as top up the teabags and beverages kit every morning.

The staff was very courteous and on their toes to attend to guests. There are 3-4 cute cates sitting on chair and sofa and might great you at the reception when you arrive. Food was good and rooms were clean. Location was perfect as bus connectivity was there and only 1.4 km from the beach. We sure enjoyed our stay here.

Standard budget room has no window - just a good to know.

Good hotel for overnighting (not so much as a holiday destination) before or after a flight. Friendly staff and large room. There is a boiler for hot coffee or tea.

There is no public transport in the area and Uber does not work to other places than to and from the airport. The hotel can arrange a taxi or rickshaw offcourse.

Facility is clean and well maintained. Staff is courteous and helpful. The resort is very close to Dambolim Airport, Naval museum and Bogmalo beach.

The charges taken for breakfast seemed very high compared to what was on offer. Also, the breakfast was served cold.

Its nearby airport. If you are landing late in night then its better you stay here and then next day go to north goa.

It has some beautiful beaches nearby which are unexplored. An airforce museum also is there. So you can also see a different perspective of Goa,

some tee or coffee would be appreciated for a quick drink, there was a water heater and cups but nothing to prepare a cup.

Very Near to Airport. The owner is exceptional. Explained us well about good places to hangout. good, clean and peaceful beaches nearby. Overall very much satisfying experience

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. I had arrived early and they prepared the room for me 4 hours early.

The positives out wayed the negatives. Beach 100 rupees by taxi. I have Arthritis.
