The girl in the front desk is very nice and kind. They always have security in entrance and it was great because we noticed that someone was following us and the security took care of it once we told him. The location of this hotel is great because we could have access to shops and restaurants easily. We needed a taxi and they arranged it for us, so that we didn’t have to negotiate a price with a taxi driver. Our room was verrry clean compared to other hotels we stayed in India and the toilet even had a tag that was showing us it is not used since it had been cleaned. It is possible to see some mold on some parts but it was very acceptable amount because the humidity is crazy here, so I don’t think they can do anything about that. We had overall a great experience.

Location was great as it was a 10 minute drive to Dabolim airport. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. We stayed in the executive suite with three people and the staff provided a third bed. The room was very clean with great amenities. Only downsides were the slow WiFi and the restaurant food. The restaurant looked beautiful and the staff were amazing, but the food was pretty bland. But they did bring it to our room which was great. Overall I'd definitely stay here again. This hotel was great value for money.

Ram the manager arranged for the pool to have water put in itl as it had been under maintenance for several months.It was nice to look over the town while swimming.

I loved the hotel, the nicest room we have stayed in in India. staff and food were great. I would recommend this as a stop off hotel after a long flight. The local beach doesn't have any shade or shacks.

Overall the hotel ambience was pleasing and staff was very cooperative and helpful. Miss. Sneha and Miss. Janvi from the reception desk has eventually provided us with a better room with a view.

This hotel is in the middle of the city and nearby the railway station, so the views from your room are not at all pleasing unless you go to the top floors. The bigger problem is that the hotel doesn't have their own parking and valet, so you have to keep your car safe and parked on road.

The initial room that was provided was horrible - fungus in the shower, no hot water, missing toiletries, etc. However, the front desk staff Priya was very supportive and made suitable arrangements.

The excellent and cordial staff of reception, guards, cleaning, and restaurant made a big difference.

In city centre, 7-8 minutes drive to Dabolim airport

Rooftop pool area neglected and dated. Breakfast was not given despite being assured at time of check in that it would be ready as we had to leave early morning for airport. The last time we had a strand of a mop in the dinner buffet and the time before that the wire strand in the fish of a wire brush presumably used to brush fish scales off.

Perfect location. Nice rooms and clean. Rooftop pool and just call down and order a beer. The restaurant is top class. The taxi service is excellent.

However, the hotel needs to fix its Wifi. The Wifi is above all criticism.

Very close to Dabolim (GOI) airport, about 10 - 15 mins. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Complimentary bottle of Goan Port Wine available in the rooms upon check in. Suitable for those arriving late or leaving to catch an early flight.

Wi-Fi connection was not stable (kept cutting off). The rooftop restaurant was closed when I stayed (was told it was closed for maintenance).

This is a great little hotel. The staff are very kind and respond immediately to anything you need. There’s a lovely little pool and roof top bar with views over the sea. It’s just a lovely place

It was all very good. The choice of television channels could have been better but that is all.

Close to Goa Dabolim airport and charming in Vasco. Spacious room comfy bed and hygiene toilet. Offers a Port Wine bottle on arrival.

Middle of night Air conditioning was off and had to manage with a fan. Upon enquiry it seems there was a short circuit. Did not make a difference as I managed to sleep with a fan.
