It was a bit quirky I terms of the furnishings but comfortable. Staff were friendly and offered assistance with ideas on places to go. The cleaning staff and dining room staff were fantastic at providing information about the location and explaining the food choices all of which was very tasty. The view was beautiful and the beach just outside the hotel was clean. Great swims every day. The local taxi driver, Prim, was always very helpful offering information about the locale from a local perspective. Location is relatively good once you find a driver who acts as a tour guide with some excellent suggestions on things to do and see. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back

Location and accessibility to explore the area. There is currently some maintenance going on, so I can see that they wanting to keep the property at its best.

The lifts was an issue. I only discovered later that there was another guest lift that takes you into the kitchen before getting to the lobby. This was not good. WiFi was a constant struggle, at one point a separate router was put into my bedroom to have proper connectivity… Some work was done in the evening and that was very disturbing, as I was not even informed. Rooms were not always cleaned before 15H00 on some days, this was particularly a problem if I had a late night and now not sure when they coming to clean. The bed I had was uncomfortable, but my room view I did not want to give up, so I just managed.

The best location in South Goa, right on the beach. The view from our room was breathtaking. The airport is only 10 minutes drive. The breakfast and buffet was particulsarly impressive. The staff was very friendly and helped us in every way including a transportation to the airport. I have been visiting Goa from USA for the past 20 years. I found this jem accidentally and fell in love with it. and plan to stay at this hotel every year. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Goa.

Spacious and clean rooms. Nice location with a good view from sea view room. Courteous staff. Our flight was very late at night so they allowed us use of the room for a further 7 hours for half the price of an overnight stay which meant we had full use of the facilities, more or less, until we departed for our flight.

Bumping the drinks prices up when more guests arrived. The handle on the door to patio was fixed backwards/upside down so jammed fingers between handle and door frame numerous times.

Everything was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful sea view. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious and there were lots of options for all tastes. They were great with providing taxis and recommendations for exploring. Staying here was so peaceful and serene.

I think the spa could have felt a little bit nicer but the service was good.

Commitment from staff. Managers tend to bask in the glory of the working staff. I must acknowledge the" service with a smile" from working staff whom we take for granted. Support this establishment and ensure that the working staff get just rewards for their labour. I'm so proud being Indian.

The waiters and Chef Azad were amazing. We had the best meals as a result we're going back for an additional 2 nights. Although this us an old establishment the workers really try their best in offering quality assured services. They are responsible for us having a great time.

The property was superb. Well kept. Very cordial staff. The manager was very helpful in upgrading our room though after a brief discussion. Overall fantastic stay.

Aircon in the room was not upto the mark. Wasn't cooling enuf. The breakfast was terrible. Could have been much better. The cheese platter was a joke!!! Same amul processed cheese cut in different shapes and sizes and called as a Platter!!!! Manager there was clueless!!! To me the property rates being an off season was too high!! .

The location and the room views are great. Rooms are also big.

Staffs are not friendly. They really don't bother about the guests or go any additional length to make things easier for the guests

Friendly staff. Close to the beach. But beach was dirty unlike South African beaches. Meals were good but overpriced.

Overpriced. Meals should be included. Eating at restaurant with surcharges was not really worth it. I chose it the second time in view of a lack of quality establishments in Bogmalo. Rating of 3 star would be appropriate. Other reviews should also be considered. Property with huge potential for improvement. The noisy weddings do not augur well for foreign tourists.

Location...it's like zero meter on Beach.
