This hotel is great deal for budget . Excellent cleanliness as seen in picture and serene location, the stay was very comfortable. Well connected by bus service from Panaji bus stand.

There is nothing to be not liked as such, but keep some readymade food items if you reach in afternoon as the kitchen is closed during that time and you will not get anything nearby as the location is away from market buzz. But this was well compensated by free breakfast next morning.

The accommodation was cancelled by the hotel management without advance notice . We came to know about the accommodation cancellation only just 1 hour before reaching the hotel as they had sent an Whatsapp message just 1 hour before the check in time.It was an unfair practice by the hotel management to someone who planned their travel itinerary after booking hotel accommodation. I had booked new hotel after I reach Goa as this hotel executive were irresponsible . The executive of new hotel had contacted me as soon as I booked the rooms and guided me until I reach their location. I don't recommend this hotel for travelers.

The staff were very friendly. And the landscaping excellent. The peace as it is slightly interior

It was the 2nd time I'm staying with this hotel. As usual they meet my expectations! Location, facilities, food everything was perfect! The staff are really helpful.

Spacy rooms and excellent place in the lap of nature. Perfect for those who wants a peaceful location in the lap of nature. Panjim is just 4 kms from the place. It is advisable to rent a scooty/bike if staying here.

Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charmI enjoyed my staying and it was really worth staying, nice service
