The Views were fantastic..Take the Suites on top....You will see the Mandovi River..Food Was good.Also you can order swiggy or Zomato..Tea kettles are available..

The One Guy in front office(this Guy is absolutely arrogant and No Politness) Insisted on full down payment ,when we reached @9 pm...Then he called Mr Amar( with a condesending attitude) who agreed for 75% down payment, and balance on check out..Well... this attitude is not good for business..And I believe it trickles down the hierachy in a organisation.No Fridge.Food takes time to come.

Oh My God!! This place is a thing of beauty. I loved everything about this place. The food was great. No issues with security. Very affordable as well and the staff were the best. The rooms are very spacious with an amazing view of the river. The staff went out of their way to assist me in various ways you can not imagine. They are so friendly and caring. I was heartbroken to leave after my stay ended because I knew I was going to miss this place so much. Thank you for making my stay in Goa very wonderful and see you again. Cheers!!

The location was just superb with a spectacular view of the Mandovi. The staff was ever courteous and were just a call away... Each and every one were polite and easy to interact. Overall a great experience. And yes... the room size was massive...

Nothing much. Just that the fan regulator was missing and the fan ran full speed when turned on. Although was not much of an issue, can be rectified for future guests.

1) I am glad I found this hotel to stay during my Goa trip. Didn't had to dig alot for searching a good one, hence found this one with hardly any negative reviews and now i know why. 2) They have not shared any hyped photos about this hotel - everything shown in the picture, room space, ambience, bathroom, balcony is exactly the same. 3) Never ever had such a soothing peaceful stay in any one of my Goa visits. 4) Big thank you to Manager Bishwajit, Danny, jagga (cook) for being best at their service and so courteous. They also helped me arrange a scooty for my Goa place tour around at a reasonable rate. 5) Here comes the awesome part - after returning back from usual goa spots back to room having river view is ecstatic and peaceful. 6) Hotel is extremely safe at a distance 35-40min to visit North Goa places. 7) Having breakfast with fresh air Breeze is heavenly. PS - all the rooms here have a river view (mandovi river) and at this rate is quite a great deal ☺️

The property is in a fantastic location. An ideal option for a destination wedding or engagement. All the rooms are river-facing and lucky for us, we got one on the first floor. Every morning, we could see the river from our bed! The staff is super pleasant and was always available (even at odd hours). The rooms are enormous and aesthetic with attached, spacious bathrooms and balconies/garden areas. The resort is extremely clean, well-maintained, and hygienic in addition to the accommodations. Would definitely suggest coming here with some friends or family.

The availability of a 24-hour restaurant would have been great. Otherwise, the breakfast was delicious, with a fair variety of dishes.

Loved everything about the stay... The location, room, ambience, amenities, food, the staff everything was excellent... Harshal was very kind and helpful throughout, greeted us everyday and made sure we were comfortable. Room service on time and the resort very well maintained. Special thanks to the chef for the delicious food. Would highly recommend all of our friends to stay in this resort.

Location. A basic facility on a beautiful riverside location. Breakfast - could be better.

Despite new fittings, maintenance is poor. Grime, slime and grit are making its way into the bathrooms, rooms. Housekeeping need to pay a bit more attention to keeping the shine on this excellent property, that has great potential.

Great hotel!. Everything was nice.The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. Me and my husband would surely choose it again next time we visit Goa.

Clean, Cozy place with amazing view. Not too far away from the city. Offers a small menu for room service but good quality. Has some decent shops & restaurants nearby.

Rooms were not very well equipped. A minibar would be nice to start with. Also few premium rooms equipped with bath tub as an option would just complete the experience.

The view of river is exceptional.. loved every bit of it , calm , serene, away from the hustle bustle of city . Just the breeze and the view .. its just amazing. Rooms are spacious and staff is caring.. you can ask for anything you need and they are ready to help.
