Bangalore Gate was a very comfortable stay. I was in Bangalore for a day in between travel, and stuck looking for a hotel at 4am to spend the day (my previous hotel had cancelled at the last minute). Initially Bangalore Gate said they were full and could only check me in at 12pm. So I found a public place to hang out in the meantime. Then they themselves called me at 7am saying that a guest had checked out early and they're ready for me! They charged a not-unreasonable fee for early check-in, and I paid it - it still made all the difference for me on a difficult day.. The porter was very helpful in getting all my heavy luggage to the room. The free breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable. They also sent up a decent meal through room service. Not too much else to say about the stay itself, except the it got the job done neatly and comfortably.

The price was somewhat high, but I had to book at the last minute possible, and apparently there was also a big event that weekend filling up the hotels, so it's understandable I guess.

I dont usually give reviews but i feel compelled to write one as per our experience during our short stay at Hotel Bangalore Gate The hotel is nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived at the airport and until our arrival at the hotel, everything was a breeze. We travelled as a family and we got exactly what we needed from our much needed break which is extra care , attention and relaxation. Our children in particular enjoyed so much as their staff is very accommodating and always go out of their way in order for us to feel comfortable. All were equally excellent as well,this has to be the best hotel in Bangalore in terms for service and facilities. Will definitely come back again soon!

The hotel is excellent. I’ve never experienced such a impeccable customer service! From the breakfast staff to the house keeping and front desk. They made me feel welcomed and would all go above and beyond to accommodate the guests needs. The bedrooms are spacious and modern. I enjoyed the food in restaurants too. I highly recommend the hotel if you’re staying in Bangalore.

Nice clean & spacious rooms,staff is very helpful complementary breakfast they serve is good and quality of food is also quite nice.food quality in clay resto is one of the best I had in past days.location is city centre all shopping places are walkable & major attraction places are nearby of bangalore.will definitely stay again whenever will visit bangalore.

There were countless things to like about our stay. The hotel was great value for money. Placed centrally, all major city locations were extremely accessible via walking or autos. The premises were clean and well-kept, rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast included was a decent spread. Most importantly however, the staff were incredibly responsive and kind, and as two women travellers, we felt safe and comfortable throughout. From the reception to the housekeeping, we were treated cordially, and any request we had was addressed. What made the stay even more exceptional was that the service extended even after we left the hotel. We had left an important electronic item in our room by mistake. Upon contacting the hotel, Mr. Jayaram and Mr. Rajesh were able to retrieve the item from their well-organised lost and found system, and posted the item to us free-of-charge, despite our offers to pay for postage! This was a incredibly sweet gesture, proving that the staff went above and beyond for the customers comfort. Definitely a great and homely environment to stay in, which we will be revisiting every time we go to the city. Special thanks once again to Mr. Jayaram at the front desk and floor-supervisor Mr. Rajesh!

We could've used some smaller hand towels, and the volume of traffic outside the premises was quite high but this is a small price to pay for the central location in this budget hotel.

Buffet breakfast with varied options available to choose from, the guests were also taken proper care by the staff during all times. Cleanliness was part and parcel of the Hotel. Food was good, and so was location (easy access to Metro).

The locality had traffic congestion nearby (market area) due to which many Taxi drivers generally denied going there especially during peak/ office hours. So prefer to use Metro if possible during office hours.

The hotel have spacious rooms. They have very friendly staffs. The property located in the premium location and easy accessible to public and private transportation. Recommended for both business and personal travellers.

Tasty food. Easy access from Bus stand, Metro Station and Railway Station. Just few metres from main road (K G Road)

I really enjoyed my stay.Staff were very good.From the check in -The staff in counter ( I forgot his name) then staff at break fast area,Room service ,House keeping all very supportive and pleasant. Specially Mr Jayaram when i was checking out early morning ,he ensured that I had tea and moved out.He arranged tea from outside as it was very early the hotel kitchen was yet to open.And the senior man specially at Break fast area ,he was serving like at home.All in whole a wonderful place to stay
