I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing experience. The breakfast was well-facilitated with a good variety of options, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout my stay. both doorman staffs were consistently friendly and staff in restaurant was good

The front desk staff, especially during the morning shift at check-in, were not welcoming — not even a smile, which really sets the tone for a guest's stay. In the evening, I had to ask twice to get the safety box in my room set up, but it was never fixed, mini bar needed location was good but not as much as MG road

The breakfast spread was reasonable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The first room we were in had a broken toilet seat and we were immediately given another room with all working fixtures. The rooms are also bright and generally well-maintained. I really appreciate the fact that every floor has a water dispenser (so you don't need to keep using up tiny plastic bottles!) and a tray of teabags, coffee powder, creamer etc. The common area in the lobby also has this, along with a fridge for a few cold drinks.

The entry is up 4-5 stairs (although there are lifts inside the building to access the rooms). This is a bit awkward when you have large bags to manage.

The breakfast was on the 5th floor and offered a good selection of items. These included some traditional Indian breakfast foods as well as cereals, fruits, and breads. It was served buffet style. I found the food to be tasty and there was plenty of it. The hotel itself was in a quiet neighborhood but was close enough to commercial streets and a moderate walk (~2 km) to a metro station. It seemed new or refirbished. Everything worked and the beds were very comfortable.

Perfectly located nearby Cunnigham road where you can find restaurants and small shops. 20' walking to the beautiful Cubbon Park for a walk, a morning run or to reach the station of Bangalore Metro to go to Indira Nagar or else. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing really, for this price iit os a good deal. No luxury there, but comfortable enough. An armchair could usefully be added in the room in order to have a place to sit and read.

We had a great time in Bangalore staying at bloomrooms it was amazing and nothing was to much trouble for the staff (thé kids and myself were hungry after midnight when thé manager Amith heard this he ordered food for us to be delivered to the hotel for us. Ive stayed in many hôtels and never has a manager done this i found it like a family atmosphère special thanks to Argaya and Junaid so polite and helpfull as were all the staff rooms spotless clean and the beds really really comfy All thé family enjoyed our stay here (2 adulte 3 children) breakfast was beatiful and as much as you like to eat. This is the only place i would stay in Bangalore. Than you very much Bloomrooms Bangalore

Most rooms very clean and washroom clean. Friendly staff. Good and tasty breakfast spread, thank you. Good location.

One of our rooms smelt mouldy and my companions who slept in that one, didn’t enjoy their stay. Internet very convoluted, staff had to use their login to log us in individually. Internet didn’t work on some of our phones. Appears strange for a modern and very well functioning hotel in silicon valley to have this problem.

From the doorman to the reception , housekeeping staff, what pleasant folk. Warm welcome. Rooms were super clean, loved the view from my window, if only the window could open. I love fresh air in the mornings that's just me .real value for money well maintained establishment. Stayed for 6 days, always greeted with a smile.

If only I could open the window. Nothing else really everything was pretty much perfect.

It was located very close to the place where we needed to be for most of the time we were there. The yellow-and-white decor is very pleasing. The place was well-designed and there were many small touches that made for a decent stay, such as the floor-wise list of facilities on the ground floor elevator door.

There was some confusion regarding the free breakfasts -- they insisted that, according to our booking (we had booked through Booking.com), we could only have one free breakfast for the room. Whatever the problem with the booking, they could have simply overlooked that and given us the second breakfast for free. And it wasn't just us -- we heard another couple arguing at check-out about the exact same thing, so there's also perhaps some generic booking issue that Booking.com needs to look into. How is it possible to book a room for two, but breakfast only for one?

This hotel has to be one of my favourite in India, everything about it was great. The staff were attentive and helpful, the checkin/checkout process seamless, coffee, fresh water and tea on tap, the fluffiest cloud bed you’ve ever slept in, sound proof room, clean bedding and towels, great breakfast buffet, helpful manager Ahmed. Walking distance to Bangalore Palace, some great juice shops and eateries nearby and a 100INR tuktuk to MG Road.

Two respectful suggestions - no late night phone calls or washing drop offs by staff as I was woken up on two nights of my three night stay. And background music in the cafe upstairs would really add some extra ambience to the place and set the mood for customers to feel relaxed.
