Ronak at front desk was brilliant - while I was at work, he took care of the checkin… was my daughter’s birthday, so she was surprised to find a room full of balloons and a cake ! What a surprise ! Then we went for dinner at Blue Ginger - which was fabulous and they also got a small cake for her !!

Requested my teenage daughter to proceed for breakfast & clearly there were lot of guests - issue is that the lady managing the table etc ignored my daughters request to find a table.. when I reached she had plate of fruits but no table; when I spoke to the lady (clearly she was overwhelmed with the morning guest flow), didn’t know what tables were available. I pointed out a table for two right behind her which was available…. Would have loved had the lady at Machan shown interest a bit more esp towards a guest who is not an adult .. but a guest none the less. Guest can’t be walking around looking for a table… it’s not a food court

From the moment I entered the hotel gate, I felt that I had left the city and entered a product that has the scent of history and a relaxing character. It combines luxury and simplicity, and the friendly treatment of the staff makes you feel like you are at home.

I went to the spa and asked if there was a male masseuse. The employee told me yes there is. When I went back to do the massage, another employee told me that all the masseuses are female! They were whispering and I felt that it was suspicious and left.

The location! I've always visited the restaurants at Taj Westend but until I stayed at the property, didn't really realise how astoundingly beautiful its is! Fell in love with the flora and fauna - a tropical paradise for me to explore during the three whole days that I stayed, I'll say, felt short! The Staff was simply the best. Courteous and friendly, some of them went out of the way to make it a great stay for me. And since it happened to be my birthday, I was infinitely pampered at the Taj. Will always remember Harshavardhan (front desk), Krupa & Mumtaz (Housekeeping) and Shivakumar (Concierge) for giving me such a warm welcome!

Just wish the pool had a changing room closeby! It was a tiny bit inconvenient since my room was a long walk away!

Always the best hotel experience when I stay at the Taj. Immediately upgraded. The rooms are spectacular, the tropical grounds are enchanting (especially during monsoon rains), and the buffet is tremendous. The staff is polite and go out of their way to greet you. I was especially surprised when I asked about a flower (heliconia or lobster claw) when walking on the grounds to an employee named Choukanai and she went out of her way to get the plant manager to visit my room and provide me with my very own plant to take home.

We had dinner at Blue ginger which was absolutely delicious. The breakfast spread was amazing and the quality of food was impressive. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The towels could be fresher.The ambience at the hotel was serene and calm and the flora and fauna were absolutely stunning. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. All in all a perfect experience

Beautiful property, loved a beautiful old Lord shiva temple hidden in the property.. big space with lots of greenery ducks, rabbits. Spa experience was very good. Breakfast was great,, Chef was creative, House keeping manager Kirti was very kind and attentive.. Madhusudhan concierge was perhaps the best Concierge I met. Extremely attentive.

Front office is the first interaction is critical (even if he is not checking in or not yet a guest) Need improvement. Need Improvement in online Communications.

We absolutely loved it. The gardens are stunning and the staff are next level welcoming and helpful. Especially the kitchen and breakfast staff took the time to present the entire buffet to us and will read your mind before the thought of a wish is finalised in your mind. We will be back for sure. We didn’t use this extensively but the gym was nice and well equipped, we loved both pools and the beautiful rainforest-like surroundings as well as the spa.

So this was the first staycation we did after much deliberation with a 7 month infant and i have to say, it was the best decision ever for my husband's birthday.. The staff was so understanding and helpful that they went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience possible . The blue ginger restaurant has amazing food but they were absolutely sweet to arrange a cake for my husband's birthday as well!. On top of that, my infant Started crying and we had to head back to the room. We had a pending order of the dessert which they were kind enough to send back to the room. But the staff surprised with a different plating of the deserts in addition to what we asked.. On top of that the hotel also arranged a surprise cake at 12 am. I was absolutely touched because travelling with a baby is never easy but Taj ensured that we had a memorable and absolutely wonderful stay.i would highly recommend Makin Taj west End the go to place for each and every celebration and also a special shout out to Abby the manager at Blue Ginger, the staff at Machaan and Mr. Pratyush Tripathi for this wonderful experience.

My father wanted to stay at that place for his birthday. when i told staff about this, they were so nice to send some flower and birthday cake to there room. My father was more than happy, he keep telling his friends about that place. We never realized that place is in middle of the city, it is huge place and whole experience is nothing but satisfying.

Only one concern my father who has polio so he had to walk with stick. He suggested that some places are not having railings so for older people if we have both side railings then they can easily use it and take the steps.

We had a lovely stay the Taj West End. We stayed with a 2yo and 6mo. The grounds of the Taj are a tropical oasis inside Bengaluru. The swimming pools were amazing. The staff were caring and attentive and made us feel most welcome. Notable mention to Sweta Rai, Harsh, Naveem, Venkatesh, R Mohan and Sneha. Location is excellent, well serviced by Uber. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely return.

When we first arrived I was a bit underwhelmed - we were placed in a bit of a run down room. The room smelt damp, musty and mouldy, triggering allergies. The tiles in the bathroom were lifting off the wall, and there was extensive mould in the bathroom. The room adjacent was undergoing renovations, which we had to contact reception to get them to stop at around 7:30pm. We asked about a room change, and were moved the following day to a delightful room, which made our stay much more pleasant. I was disappointed to have to have been placed in the initial room, it was far below what I would expect at this price point, and the reputation of the Taj. Airport transfer was twice the price of scheduling an Uber XL, but was convenient.
