The hotel is in a central location and has been maintained to a good standard. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. We had the Executive king room which was very spacious with a lounge area and large smart tv. We were there for close to a month and all the staff (reception, security, cleaners) made us feel at home. I have to say a very special thank you to our Housekeeper Mukesh who ensured the room was clean and tidy every single day which really does help when you are away from home for so long.

Some of the executive king rooms are older, smaller and dated but are being priced the same as the more modern ones. We were initially given one of the dated rooms which does not look like any of the photos on booking.com. We had to get this changed as there was no way we were going to stay in that room for the month paying the same price as some of the refurbished executive king rooms. It is fine to continue to sell these dated rooms but they need to be taken off the executive king room category and price has to be brought down with correct photos updated.

The staff is so cooperative and they have taken a multiple type of follow up with me before reaching the room . I have talked with many staff ,every one was so good 😊. The Room size was beyond my imagination.they have so large room which are quite spacious for a solo travelers and couples too. Everything was arranged so well neat and clean . I highly appreciate the ground staff of the hotel who are working to maintain this level of quality standards. Everything was like well placed everywhere.Every basic amenities are well provided at each point ..

The fragrance of the room outer area is little stronger which is little bit annoying.

Great location being right in the city, 1hr to the airport, very courteous and helpful staff, food was great (I was only interested in Indian food), and quiet. Room had 2 complimentary bottles of water was really appreciated. Would have liked a bit hotter water temp in shower, better towels (were fresh and clean but looked old), better air freshener in the room and loony would have been good.

Staff/Service were the best. I have never experienced such a service and a friendly staff in any other hotel in India. We initially had a room that didn't meet our expectations. After having a quick conversation with the staff, we were provided a good room that was perfectly clean and the service was amazing. The location of the hotel is really good to reach the old parts of Bangalore as well. We would definitely come back to this hotel anyday!

The food was excellent. Everything for breakfast as well as the in-room dining was excellent. Moreover the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were prompt and courteous. Will definitely stay here again when I visit the city :)

I think the hotel can improve their breakfast choice. If one arrive for breakfast past 8.30am, choice of food is limited and it takes a longer time to replenish with new stock

The phone in the room did not have the numbers of reception, housekeeping, or room service. I had to walk down to the reception to make a request.
