Facilities inside room are very old. Not as you see in pictures. Furniture needs some renovation. Many things are damaged. Breakfast menu needs improvement

The security and room service staff were extremely helpful in attending to our needs. Huge thanks to the restaurant staffs as they went beyond to fulfill our needs for the little guys meals. They were excellent. The rooms were quite modern and well.maintained.

On our second night I was woken to the door being opened from the outside. I had the bolt lock on and the person knowing that closed it and left. Immediately I called the reception and they only told me that you ordered something, when I told them that I hadn't they said the room service guy could have opened it. The front office staff was trying to divert the issue and I got very concerned. He later told me that he would attend to the matter and call me back, which to this day I haven't got a reply.. so I took my own measurements. I did raise the concern again on checkout but it was never attended to. I actually left with that in mind as they didn't take it seriously.

once after booking from booking.com there was no confirmation follow up from the hotel staff by email or whatsapp or by call ..after myself calling hotel so many times nobody picked the call from hotel given on Google/ there website this made me confused and consumed lot of my time neither even for payment no one from the hotel followed up... me after check in the hotel not much communication they do .. room services at hotel given on twice reminders ..felt little old property inside the room could have maintained it well .no mini fridge all my icecream cake got melt..food was very good ,morning breakfast buffet and dinner buffet i will give 5 stars for food as their was many varieties of dishes..entrance staffs are very good helpful and nice ..overall good stay

Location was good. Breakfast and other meals (Lunch & Dinner) was very good. Food menu changes everyday. All the hotel staff were great. Good hostility, friendly and willing to help with all our reasonable request.

Unfortunately, after we had check-in the front desk informed us that the water heater system was down, and there will be no supply of hot water in the entire hotel. However, they were able to provide 1 bucket of hot water if we require, at anytime of the day which they fulfilled.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The service was top-notch, and the delicious Indian cuisine at breakfast was a highlight. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the powerful shower was just what we needed after a long flight. The central location was perfect, and we easily got from the airport with Uber Premium—just be sure to have an active eSIM for a smooth connection. Though our stay was short, everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Centrally located in the heart of the city and close to tourist attractions. Neat and clean rooms, well maintained wash rooms. Polite and courteous housekeeping staff. Buffet breakfast spread was good.

Staff in dining area as well their managers seemed confused and unable to respond promptly for simple requests like placing glasses near juice / smoothies counter, or small bowls for yogurt. Each one passes the buck to another and thus keeping customer waiting. Placement of Veg and Non veg items together and close by needs to be relooked. eg Veg and non veg pastries were kept together, similarly veg and non veg sandwhiches were placed together. Reception desk wasn't helpful in terms of information on areas of tourist interest and city travel.

My room had a lovely view of the city. The breakfast options were both local and international. The decor was lovely. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Taxis were able to enter the hotel driveway with staff on hand to help with luggage. The room had the necessary amenities including toiletries, toothbrush, etc. Staff were able to hold our luggage all day while we visited the city after check out.

The deadbolt lock on my door was broken on entry and fell off as I closed the door. The Wi-Fi code was not available in the room and I had to call reception to receive the code.

The staff at the hotel were very courteous and cooperative. The room was neat, clean and well readied. The bed and bedding were really comfortable. Lighting is ample. We requested for a late check-out and a place to store our baggage after checkout and were allowed. Thanks for that. The breakfast had a good spread giving choices and good seating arrangements.

Few minor suggestions: The ironing board in the room and hand spray in the wash room needs minor maintenance. Shower gel dispenser could have been replenished. At the restaurant, some items could have been warmer. Important: The mobile contact given on the website was not being attended by anyone.

The hotel and room were clean and elegant. Location was great for our touristic preposes. The staff was always pleasant and professional. The breakfast had a large variety and everything looked freshly made.

During our stay, we asked for our room to be cleaned. The cleaning team collected the dirty towels, but forgot to place new ones instead of them.

Very Good location, clean facilities, very good staff, tasty food, deluxe room is the best for its scenic view , definitely would recommend to anyone who is coming to Bengaluru
