The hotel has a nice ambiance. The property is run in a way old good quality hotel properties are being run. The staff is cordial and professional. They are also helpful and courteous. The location is a big plus point as it is placed almost in the heart of the city.

I was surprised to see some dust particles in the room right at the time of my check-in. I had to call the housekeepers to clean it well. The key to the room gave trouble again and again. Fortunately the staff cooperated both the times. The snacks and beverages kept in the room were exorbitantly costly. There is no way one can use any of those things unless one is bent upon throwing money down the drain.

We had an exceptionally good stay at Fortune jp cosmos. We had requested for a quiet room and were given a very quiet , comfortable room. The front desk especially riya and karthik were helpful. Mr. Raghavan , the night security supervisor was very helpful. My daughter needed first aid which he brought promptly. The restaurant staff were cooperative We had a late checkout but were not charged extra. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

The only complaint is “ I was booked until Dec 4th. But I vacated on Dec 1st. I deposited INR 50000.00. The bill was some thing around INR37000. The faculty doesn’t want return the remaining from the deposit, instead they charge me two days more stay and took extra INR 350. This act was RIDICULOUS. And out right stealing. The explanation from the counter is it will take many days return the remaining to my CC. Thank you.

I like everything about the proeprty whether it be room cleanliness, house keeping staff, breakfast, staff at front desk, gatekeeper. everything was really good about the hotel.

i like everything just keep up the hospitality and never ever compromise on the quality of food, and hyginet. The hotel was very well maintained.

Breakfast was awesome. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable

A/C temperature couldn't be controlled and multiple visits were required by technician to fix. So, for 3 days I had to struggle a bit due to uncontrollable temperatures

All the staff (front desk personnel, housekeeping, restaurant, etc... ) is young, friendly, proactive, and highly supportive.

Ample space in the room; but the furniture requires updating.

Breakfast, location, room amenities were all great.

There were repeated problems in the access card and it had to be recoded few times. Also, we faced a security issue on our card and card had to be blocked.

The breakfast was a balanced spread with choice of Indian and Continental cuisine. and the waiters made sure you dont miss anything.

The AC setting in the room ... i wanted it at 25 deg C but could never get it as it stayed around 20 to 21 making the room very cold. Just switched it off and it was peace.
