Spotlessly clean, great value, great food, friendly staff, comfy bed, well equipped, good aircon, superb shower, nice gym and pool, superb rooftop bar (separate from hotel)

Only two issues - the spa couldn't take my 'international' payment card, even though the hotel reception and rooftop bar could. Wouldn't have been a problem except wasn't told when booking treatment, so I turned up and couldn't pay. Solution offered was to go and find an ATM by walking 1 km in pouring rain. Also, rooftop bar, whilst fab when you're in it, was too loud, too late. I get Fri/Sat nights, but Sunday and even Tuesday. I was on 1st floor and bar on 5th! And I had great earplugs - the vibration of the bass kept me awake.

The hotel was very clean and the staffs were very friendly. You can set the temperature you prefer in room. You also get all the basic amenities. Swimming pool is good but it feels like its less used. They have a restaurant inside which has limited options when you order à la carte. Mainly customer service is really good. The receptionist who checked us in is very friendly.

The location was a bit away from main bangalore and with the traffic in bangalore, it's a bit difficult to reach other places like palace, lalbagh garden or zoo

The rooms were clean and neat. Bathroom especially was clean. The buffet spread at breakfast was vast and very good .I didn't expect cold cuts to be served and was pleasantly surprised. Staff also were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located opposite Attur lake and is very quiet and peaceful.

The staff in various sections such as Security, Room service, Restaurant to be specific, are of very customer oriented and goes out of their way to help.

The Reception staff could not find the correct meal plan we booked and hence it took a while to locate it. Due to this confusion, we had to wait a little time at the restaurant until it sorted out. The hotel should have the correct meal plan at their booking office as what we booked with Booking.com

Absolute value for money considering cleanliness and size of room and price paid

Great location for Yellahanka New Town. Overlooking the Attur Lake. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Only minor teething issues for a new hotel, which was informed to the Managment.

The food was Amazing and in the pool it was so relaxing the room has a mini that fridge was exquisite this is my favourite hotel
