Staff attitude was excellent, always ready to help and were very courteous.. everyone from front desk to staff at restaurant. Would call out staff - Rohit at restaurant and both front desk officers. Great job. Rooms had a comfortable bed and was spacious. The rooftop breakfast buffet selection was great. The selection of menu is very well thought that brings South Indian (idli, vada, Rosa), North Indian (poori, bhatura, paratha) western (bread, cereal), fresh fruit, fresh juice, tea and coffee. Another good thing was proximity to the mall and a lot of restaurants all within walkable distance of 500-600 mtrs. City centre MG road is 15-20 min via taxi. metro station is also nearby and the place is very well connected via public transport.

WiFi in the room was very slow and faced challenges. Very slow, and had difficulty to manage office calls

Breakfast was amazing! The facilities in the room were pretty good too. I would say I was not too fond of the electricity being connected to the room key card. What's the point of having a refrigerator in the room if it is not going to work when I leave the room and the items in the fridge will end up getting spoilt. Apart from this, loved the stay. The wifi tho could have been better. The connection was pretty poor, so I had to use my hotspot majority of the time.

This is my first visit and stay as I had been looking for a good property in that area post Basil being converted to a hospital now. This is a lovely one with nice room, well kept, decent BF and food options for Veg. The staff are very humble and mrs. Sangeetha the front office Manager has been very kind and pro-active in her approach to support the guest. When I went into the room I felt very happy as it was reasonably big and well lept and lien and bathroom were well kept. I felt, I have found my home away from home here as you can just walk from here the entire streach of mallerwaram to do shopping, temple or just to have fresh wind !. Lovely one

The bath room tiles are nice but very soft and they need to place a board inside to ensure old people and generally guest are aware as it is very nice that you should walk carefully.

This hotel is very well run. My room was spacious, spotless, quiet and comfortable. The staff are helpful: I needed laundry done with a quick turnaround time and they made it happen; I was allowed early check in without any issue. The food was good. I don't normally eat dinner in hotel restaurants as their food is often bland and over-priced but, because there was a downpour, I ate at the Grand Continent and had a DELICIOUS (fairly-priced) veg thali. Breakfast also had good variety. Beautiful hot shower too. A very enjoyable stay!

Overall experience was good. The room, size of it, clean. Also the staff was very helpful. I loved breakfast. Good variety provided in breakfast.

There is nothing like it. But the wifi range fluctuated in the room. As my service provider, Vodafone service was hampered, so I was dependent on wifi for WhatsApp's call, but due to wifi, I can't hear the other person, or it got dropped.

The size of the room is huge along with additional living space. The bathroom is clean with all amenities. The checking process is super quick. The location is awesome and super value for the money paid

Although it happened only once, but current does go off for few minutes. If you are caught in lift during that time, it might is stressful situation for those short time

Very welcoming and available staff. The position of the hotel is also optimal to enjoy and explore the city. Really enjoyed my stay at Grand Continent. The structure was very clean and provided me with all the comfort I needed for my travel.

Property is located centrally close to public transportation and other facilities. Rooms are clean and spacious

Cable TV and Internet could be better. If you plan to work from hotel, it might be a challenge due to internet speeds

We had booked Deluxe room. Since they all were booked, they upgraded to the Executive room, which was very nice of the staff. Rooms were big and and clean. We liked mainly because of the proximity to the eateries, mall, restaurants and banks all within walking distance.

Everything was fantastic. I would definitely come back and stay here again. The hotel is in a residential area, close to shopping and restaurants. Excellent customer service.

Wifi was very spotty. Could use a washer on the premises for long term stay.
