rooms were spacious and clean. 2 families can easily stay in executive rooms, pretty nice and comfortable rooms

there is no hand wash in dining area there was only one chef in the kitchen so usual time for room delivery was 2-3 hours for family location is slightly away from beach so you must take taxi always variety of breakfast items were less, atleast fresh fruit juice should be available

Room was good for 4 occupancy, pool was fine. No buffet breakfast but good breakfast was served. Staff was good. Location is 10 mins walk from beach.

4 occupancy execustive room should have 2 bathrooms.In monsoon season they could provide some cloth hangers in balcony for people with longer stays. Otehrwise all good.

Suite size was good. it was clean as well and sleep was comfortable. Staff persons were welcoming.

The staff is cheating while offering breakfast and other kitchen services. firstly they didn't mention the price of breakfast on the menu and told orally. later while making payment they charge 4 times. simply said sorry that there was a mistake when they told the cost of the breakfast. this is their Modus Operandi. better to be aware of this. Also, the location of the hotel is a bit away from the main market and one has to move around 1 km to get anything.

It is very near to calangute beach [20 min walk] 4km away from Baga beach Food restaurents available within 1km Room is spacious 1 BHK apartment , very neatly maintained

Breakfast not available

It was a nice little cozy place, excellent swimming pool, though the hotel itself looked small from the outside, the rooms were big and comfortable, enough bath towels, bath soap, shampoo was there. We were 3 adults and 1 9 year old kid, we had one room for 2 and a sofa cum bed in the living room where 2 could easily sleep and also give some privacy. The staff were courteous and cooperative. We asked for 2 cakes for birthday celebration on both the days of our stay, they arranged it and offered to decorate the room as well which we didn't opt for. The cake was very tasty, not the formality kind of cakes. Room service was good, breakfast was simple, yet tasty and filling. Their kichdi and sandwiches was very good and kids kept ordering the club sandwiches and the grilled sandwiches. They provided Wifi in the room as well but was a bit choppy, served the purpose so cant complain. Also Calungute beach, Candolim and Baga were all close by. We liked the Candolim beach which was about 14 minutes drive from the hotel and it was not overly crowded, water was good to have fun, did water sports there, rented the beach chairs and umbrellas, food was good too and the kids got artificial tattoos. Did some shopping also there. So the proximity of this hotel to this beach was an advantage. Overall enjoyed the stay.

We had gone in 2 cars, the parking space for the cars is less however did manage to park without issues. Some space was there outside and about 4 cars can be parked inside, but as its not crowded, we didn't face issues. I am sure the hotel would have managed to help with parking if there were more cars. Also the vegetarian options for lunch and dinner could have been more however we did relish what we ordered.

The staff including the owner, were very professional and welcoming. Special mention to the guy at the front desk, Shiva who was extremely courteous and helpful! The issue with the AC remote in our room was fixed immediately. He also helped out with arranging the two wheeler rental and spoke to the guy there to help get us a better deal. Breakfast options were good and the food was clean, not oily/greasy. Felt like home cooked stuff. The options changed everyday during our 4night stay. TV had a surprisingly decent number of channels subscribed as well.

The dine in or room service menu could be improved. While the breakfast is good , the options if you order a la carte from the restaurant weren't that great

The staff and owner of the property were very courteous, polite and friendly. They readily helped whenever we asked them. The property was great and located pretty close to Calangute and Baga beach. The size of our room was perfect (infact it exceeded expectation). We had booked the king size apartment as our family was big (joint family), the rooms could easily accommodate us. The rooms, kitchen and toilet were clean and well maintained.

We choose the Queen suit. It was very spacious and comfortable. The staffs were polite and happy to help. Car parking was available.

Wifi kept dropping off. It need to be improved.

It’s a very settled property, it’s not a very posh place I would rather say it feels like a home away from home. The staffs are amazing. There work is very much near to perfect. I loved my stay, thank you for adding the sweetest memories possible.

The rooms, the curtains, the bathrooms, the view, the food, the stay etc etc Every this so perf!! Especially shiva, shiva you are amazing :) keep up the good work. Mr. Arora is really lucky to have a valuable staff like you 😊
