It's location, ambience of room was awesome.

Staff behave impolite if booking is made through the app. In case of counter booking they behave very good.

Rooms are big and neat and clean. This was my 2nd time with Capital royal and it was pretty good.

It cost us approx 2200 for one night. So it's a bit costly. But overall the experience was good

Even though breakfast was included in my booking details but the receptionist told me that it did not show on their system. Even though I showed him the booking details, he did not accept it. Instead, he showed me another booking for another customer to tell me how it should have shown on their system if the breakfast was included. In the end, I had to pay for the breakfast separately!
