The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while traveling.

I'm seriously satisfied because i'm squired and safe good staffs and morning breakfast is good. 100% preferable hotel for safe and secured.

Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful.

It delivers what it assures. Complete package of very polite staff. Really nice rooms with appropriate sunlight.

-There were used tissues under the bed -Glasses beside the bed looked used -The water in the bathroom smelled like chlorine & there was no hot water -Bathroom didn't have soap

My visit to Chennai was personal as I had to shift my brother who was in a vegetative state from a hospital in Abu Dhabi to a hospital in Chennai. After registering my brother in the hospital I went to Treebo at around 3.30 am ON 29TH FEB and was turned away at the reception by the person there who said that there were no rooms available . I had already paid 50% deposit to reserve my property. You will see this under confirmation number 4190260687. I therefore had to check into Hotel Green Park in Chennai where the staff were hugely helpful . I stayed there for three days before returning to London. The behaviour of the staff in this hotel was pathetic- there as no notification of non availability of rooms. Over and top of that I have been notified that on account of NO SHOW, I have lost my refund. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AS I DID GO OVER TO THE HOTEL AT 3.30 AM ON 29TH FEB .
