This is the most underrated hotel..we did a last minute booking from airport as no other hotels were available and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise...had a peaceful meal and a good sleep in the hotel..though the room was a bit old it had it's own cuteness to it..the staffs were very helpful especially Mr Pandurangan. Location is little bit tricky from the main road, but its walkable distance.. this hotel will definitely be in our preferred hotel list along with Marriott and ITC..

The wash room is old style and small but is ok...In the restaurant buffet, manpower could be increased as the available manpower faces difficulties in managing the demands by guests ..buffet could be improved.

Cleanliness can be better, one receptionist was rude, some room devices were repaired after we took the room. the reception washroom overflowed and place was stinking of urine

It's not a new hotel but reasonably well maintained. Had some issues with reception but they sorted it out Overall OT was a nice stay Morning buffet was simple and good and staff very helpfull

I didn't personally face any issues, but it appears that the hotel has a policy in place that restricts foreign citizens from staying. This was surprising to me, as I have only known about such regulations in sensitive areas like Lakshadweep or Andaman Islands.

They have good south indian breakfast buffet. Its good for people who prefer indian food. International cuisine is not available
