Location is good. Mall is within walking distance. Breakfast is good.

Taxi can't go to the hotel, as it is closure to Rajbhavan, Hotel arranges for help in carrying luggage. It may be inconvenient in case we have elderly/disabled person. We need to walk for 5-10 minutes.

The hotel was in the area where taxi can't go .so we will have to go upto our car by running on foot for approx 500 metre.

The hotel has an ideal location on the Mall. It’s a pedestrian street so the taxi stops you off A few hundred yards away. The hotel staff come and get your bags. This was much easier than the reports we read. A nice hotel. Great views when it’s not cloudy. Lovely terrace. Staff very sweet and helpful.

It was a bit cold in the hotel and the electric heater we asked for initially didn’t work and had to ask for another. Then it was fine. They could make it cosier with a nice fire etc.

Location, helpful staffs, food, spacious room etc. I booked a simple deluxe room, but they upgraded to a premier room without any extra charges! This property has a great team under a great team leader cum hotel manager I felt. (there was a small technical/maintenance issue in hot water line in my room only, which was addressed by the manager himself with his maintenance staff and personally looked after until the issue was resolved!) Also Jun 29 was the birthday of hotel manager, full team celebrated so nicely, I’m amazed as they also invited me into their very own hotel birthday party. Couple of these moments made my stay special in this property! It was a great stay!!

Weak Wi-Fi, but I guess overall network in whole Darjeeling is bit weak. Also I felt bathroom is bit smaller for 2 people (good for one), although the whole room space is quite big.

Location is great, perhaps the best in Darjeeling. Hotel is clean, well maintained. Staff is friendly. Very nice terrace. Restaurant is also good. Having an elevator was a good idea.

Hot water facility was not working in my toilet. I found some other boarders had also faced the same issue. Room heater was primitive model, but effective. Room service needs to be quicker. Pricing is a little on the higher side.

The location and cleanliness and view of kanchenjunga snow covered peak.. food also was good with good service

Some food items were changed when served.. should be served exactly as it's mentioned in the menu.. or try to inform guests of its non availability so they can order something else

Location was breathtaking with scenic views. As the hotel does not have a separate veg kitchen we did not take food there

There is no shower curtain which made water splash all over. With smooth tiling it’s a bit dangerous to come out

Fantastic location with excellent views of the surrounding hillsides and mountains. Only a short walk to the central area Chowrasta

A certain times there was no hot water in the shower

The Staff, the room and the view.... Everything was amazing!! Enjoyed my stay very much!! Would love to come back again!!

The wifi wasn't working that well. Everything else was great
