My granddaughter and I stayed at Buddah Abode in April 2025. My granddaughter is used to 5* hotels when she is with her parents and this hotel did not disappoint her. It is very clean, our balcony had the best views of all Dharmsala. You can order food to your room, the owner is helpful and arranged our taxi. The staff here are courteous, very respectful and go above and beyond. This hotel is within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again in the future. I was surprised to find this gem in Mc Leod ganj. We stayed for 5 nights but wish it was longer.

So glad we booked this place. The location was perfect, in the heart of McLeod Ganj. The staff were very kind and helpful with amenities for the room, which included toiletries, extra duvet/blanket, water, kettle included in room, slippers and even a smart TV. The owner kindly upgraded our room, we had more space and a warmer room (as the sunset hit the large glass windows, no need for a heater, even in January). The hotel doesn’t look very impressive from the ground floor, but the lift is modern, 3rd floor is the hotel. Being a new hotel, things are still falling into place, but for what we paid, no complaints. Thank you Lucky and Gulshen 🙏🏽

The walls are really thin and we had a connecting door to the next room with some extremely loud neighbours We told reception about the noise and they promptly moved the guests to a different room

Great location - the best to experience McLeod Ganj. Our room was well appointed, very spacious and had the most beautiful views up to the mountains. Great position with easy access to everything we wanted. The manager Rakesh Kumar went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay in McLeod Ganj. He organised taxis for our excursions around McLeod Ganj and Dharamshala and for our trip to Shimla. The owner, Lucky Bhat, was very friendly and always made sure we were enjoying our stay.

Location: The hotel is perfectly situation in the heart of McLeod Ganj (Main Square) and within 10 minutes walking distance of Dalai Lama's Temple. Shops and restaurants are just below the hotel and it's very convenient to walk around. Service: The owner, Lucky Ji was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He went out of his way to ensure every details of our stay was perfect even before we checked in. When he found out that we needed help to move from our previous hotel to here, he kindly offered us a complementary taxi to pick us up. You could tell Lucky Ji genuinely care about his guests. Room and amenities: Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and has a balcony with beautiful mountain view. The room also came with a nice smart TV, slippers, toiletries (including toothbrush), and a spare blanket. These amenities were thoughtful and included everything one could need for a comfortable stay. We felt relaxed and happy to stay here. Overall Experience: This hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It's prime location, comfortable room and bed with a big bathroom and hot shower, thoughtful touches, and great customer services all make it a standout choice. This was our first stay at this hotel and it won't be our last. We look forwards to staying here again on our next trip in 2025!

The highlight of my stay was the supportive and friendly staff. They were always ready to assist and ensure that my needs were met. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The position was excellent as we could just go down in the lift and walk out into the street which was busy but interesting.

The service was impressive, and the staff were polite, competent, and cooperative, ensuring a comfortable stay. The market is conveniently within walking distance, and accessibility is great. It's also a good spot for relaxation. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.

Little noise of music from nearby bar in town. Also, would be nice a restaurant or kitchen facilities, but I am aware they are working on it and developing this project. Good luck!
