The whole property was beautifully made and every corner felt like something out of a fairytale. I also wanted to mention some exceptional hotel staffs that made our stay even more special. Raghav from the North Club restaurant who gave us excellent recommendations on the menu and area. Rohit from Shrot who made my breakfast experience seamless as I had a 2 year old toddler to feed. Prabha from the Royal Bakery and bar, for her great service and hospitality. Just overall the welcome experience of the scarf to the tea time experience with little handicraft sections and Chai station really made our stay memorable. Thank you team Hyatt Regency Mansarovar! We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service! I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy and refreshed daily. One of the highlights was the hotel’s dining options. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh and delicious food, catering to different tastes Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This is a gorgeous property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The courtyard in the evening is magical and peaceful, and so was the flute player in the morning. The hotel is a true oasis in the midst of busy Jaipur. Staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to Navya who was consistently pleasant and helpful; and to Govind, sous chef at Shrot Restaurant, as well as the chef and our delightful table waiter at The North Club for preparing/arranging special meals for us to cater for tastes and intolerances. The rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and spacious. Complimentary high teas is a nice touch. They also do a very special welcome for each guest on arrival, but to explain it here would be to spoil the surprise. We arrived in the middle of a 250 guest, 2-day wedding and the music could be heard just about everywhere in the hotel. However, there are government noise restrictions so all was quiet by 10 pm and we slept well. The hotel is in a strange location and far from town. Allow 45 min into the town and a good hour to the Amber Fort.

The service was inconsistent when it was busy. The morning we went for breakfast we were not served at all as it was very busy. Similarly, when we needed help moving our luggage, we had to contact reception several times to get someone to help us. It's also a very large hotel with a lot of rooms, so it's understandable that it can get busy at times, but for what you expect from Hyatt, the service needs to be consistent.

Good pool and excellent fitness centre - very well equipped for a hotel gym, loved it! We were also offered a different room in between our stay as our original room was close to the ballroom where there was a party - this was very considerate and I really appreciated the foresight from the staff in ensuring our comfort.

The hotel is new so there seem to be some teething issues. We thought the service was inconsistent when it was busy. The first morning we went for breakfast we were not attended to at all because it was very busy, however the other days when it was quieter the service was good. Similar with when we needed help with moving rooms and we had to follow up several times with the front desk to send someone to help. It’s also a very big hotel with lots of rooms so it’s understandable that it can get busy sometimes, but for what is expected from Hyatt, the service needs to be consistent.

We stayed here for three nights. Superb staff - always helpful, with a wonderful demeanor. Large, modern room with a great bathroom but confusing light fixtures. The food and staff at the in-house restaurant Shrot was well above average, particularly the expansive breakfast buffet. Don't miss out on that. Will visit again.

For a modern hotel, accessibility was not up to the mark. No wheelchair ramp to the large and inviting central courtyard, no access to the spa area via lifts, and so on. That said, the staff members were always ready to help.

Beautiful hotel and the bar, restaurant was amazing! The staff really does what they can to make it as pleasant as possible! We wanted to have dinner outside, we were first told that we couldn’t as there was a function going on, but the manager found a hidden away corner for us. This was highly appreciated!

It would have been nice to know in advance that we wouldn’t be able to use the hotel facilities because of functions going on. If we had known this in advance we probably booked something different.

In all it was a memorable vacation. The property was mesmerizing, ambience was immaculate. Hospitality was over the top. Very polite and helpful staff and front desk personnel. Breakfast spread was sumptuous, and very thoughtfully culled. Evening high-tea along with activities in background of sitar recital was magical. Got an opportunity to fine dine at North Club both inside the restaurant and outside enjoying the beauty of the lit up property. The food menu was refreshing and unique. Throughly enjoyed the food and desert.

The area around the property is still coming up. And the property is a little farther off from the main city

Facility is beautiful (not heritage property although it looks like it). Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel welcome includes a complimentary drink and small gift. Traditional music and local activities in the courtyard are a nice touch. Rooms are good size and clean. Breakfast has a lot of variety, tasty and plentiful.

1. The property is at a fair distance from the tourist areas and can take a while if traffic is bad. 2. The property charged more than originally agreed and we were promised that the amount would be refunded by assistant manager Ms. Tejaswi (who assured us multiple times). Unfortunately as expected, once we departed there was no response despite emails and calls.

The Hyatt at Jaipur was one of the coolest hotels, a palace transformed; The facilities were incredibly well kept and the staff were some of the most accommodating We've met. We witnessed thorough cleaning of the facilities taking place every night. The staff accommodated our every need, whether it be a late breakfast, a late check in or being served at one of their restaurants, someone was always at ear shot. The rooms were large (we stayed at a King Room), well looked after and house keeping was immaculate. If you're in Jaipur this would be the absolute best place to stay. The facilities are also great for photo shoots with their multiple courtyards, fountains and balconies. Just as an added token, the bathroom installations at the hotel were fantastic.

The pillows were a bit flat for my liking, internet was relatively slow (measured at 4 MB/s), some road noise crept into the room. The biggest complaint I would have is, there was no formal arrangement for a smoking area, rather a small corner at the hotel entrance; the available space was more than adequate to support a fantastic smoking area.
