The hotel is clean and looks like it has been recently renovated. It boasts of opulent decor and elegant furniture. The rooms are very well designed and have all the modern amenities one can expect from a top notch hotel. Overall the experience was good, but could've been better if they had access to more open space.

I wish they had given me access to the beautiful lawns located a stone's throw away in their twin property, the Umaid Haveli. It would have made a huge difference, since otherwise this property is a rather small building with barely any common area and space. It just has a ground and basement area which is open to all and the rest of the hotel is just narrow corridors with rooms. Their Haveli property which is 50 mtrs away meanwhile has a lot of common areas and open spaces. It's surprising the two properties are not physically linked to each other.

The hotel is outside Jaipur City Centre so the traffic isnt there(Jaipur traffic is crazy) so that's a plus, however there aren't a lot of options in the vicinity. The rooms are decent. They do have air conditioner as well as heated water so that's a plus. They have limited parking inside the premises, however you can park outside the premises. The breakfast spread is decent. Pricing could be a bit more friendly(Rs 450 per person) is a bit steep with limited offerings.

The only con is instead of 1 ltr per person per day bottled water, we get only 500 ml per person per day.

The location is next to the highway. Very comfortable and clean rooms, ample parking. We had a big diwan which meant we did not required additional cot for my elder kid. Overall the stay was very comfortable.

The food quality and the service. The hotel seems to be understaffed in the restaurant as there was huge confusion during breakfast. Also, they need to focus on improving the quality of the food.

Everything was upto the mark from check-in to checkout, everything was good

The only thing i don't like is the location, it's behind the umaid haveli and the google maps location ends at umaid haveli you will have to go somewhere else

Nothing in specific Power issue was so common and they did change to inverter But that was not seamless and took couple Of seconds and so frequently is not great

The Umaid was a proper luxury hotel and much needed after 2 weeks travelling. Rooms were spotless, well appointed with comfortable beds. The Breakfast buffet was excellent.

All perfect! Note: The hotel is a 15 minute taxi away from the Red Fort on a quiet road.

As I was traveling from Manali, wanted a location outside of the city and this place was perfect. Family suite was very cozy and comfortable after such a tiring journey. Breakfast was also good.

Staff were courteous and helpful and espcially the manager Pratap Singh Rathod went out of his way to help me with the driver and his services. Exceptional commitment to the customer service .

I took the family suite and the room was really nice. 2 big double beds made our stay more comfortable as we were 2 adults and 2 kids.

Location is a bit far from the city

The room, bathroom and setting was excellent. Ambiance created by ceiling walls and decor was too good
