The Taj Amer is a lovely well run international hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. They moved us to another room when a noise was bugging us. It is near to Amer Fort and so makes a good base for seeing Amer Fort and Jaigarh. We were alsoclose to the elephant sanctuary which makes a good 1 /2 day outing.

The hotel is not close to Jaipur and so this is a 30-40 min journey away if you want to go sightseeing or go out for an evening meal. There is no outdoor eating available. There seems to be different pricing for delux and luxury rooms with no difference in them! It seemed quiet as there was no wedding or conference going on, which meant it lacked atmosphere somewhat.

Everything is new and beautifully decorated. The rooms and common areas were clean. The staff was super nice and doing an awesome job. Especially concierge Kashim was very attentive and helped us a lot with planning our stay in Jaipur.

Some small details of the interior finish are not as perfect as they could be after a thorough quality inspection (defects in the mirror, bathroom door not completely aligned with wall and not closing without extra pushing, shower leaking into restroom, cracked tiles).

The Taj Amer was one of the highlights of our time in Jaipur. The room was beautifully designed and kept exceptionally clean, and the hotel amenities were excellent. However, the Taj Amer stands out from other five-star hotels due to the staff dedicated to providing a personalised experience for their guests. For my birthday, they not only framed a picture of my partner and me to mark the occasion, but they helped my partner orchestrate a heartwarming surprise that exceeded both our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Shashthavi, Priyanshi, Kunal, and Shahi for making our stay so incredibly special. We hope to return to the Taj Amer during our next visit to Jaipur!

The hotel is beautiful, the bed, sheeting and decor was amazing. The pillows could have been better. The layout of the hotel lacked a bit, directions and signage could have been more prominent.

Staff had no soul, they did not seem alive or eager to help, not rude or anything, just lacked personality. The food was more catered for the Indians than Westerners. The food is too spicy even when they say it isn't. The menu could have been more diverse or maybe they could have another cuisine option in the hotel. Getting to rebook another room was hard, paying for the breakfast was time consuming, everything was slow. Hotel guests were noisy outside, and they do not offer car/taxi on site. Uber does not work in India. Our room had all the amenities, our daughters that costed the same thing had nil.

Wah Taj ! This hotel is an architectural marvel - we were mesmerised the moment we entered the lobby! But what makes it even better are the people who manage this hotel . The moment we entered the front desk staff was amazing and made us feel So welcomed. The room was spotless and had a lot of surprises for us and the kids. They upgraded us to the next category for our comfort. After a relaxing day when we entered the restaurant for dinner- we met the gentleman Mr Sashi Kumar with the biggest smile and impeccable sense of guest service. We had the best evening with delicious dinner - service by Mr Rahul and Ms Pallavi and almost everyone present at the restaurant. The amazing Santoor renditions by Mr. Zuber made the evening memorable. And talking to Mr Sashi was so exciting we could feel as if we were chatting with a old friend. Well now we have made relationships with him which will certainly last a lifetime. During the stay there was a minor housekeeping miscommunication but the team made all efforts above and beyond to make us feel special and at home . Mr. Santanu kept checking upon us if we needed anything and raised a very friendly hand by inviting us to the property in future. The kids play area is amazing where they take care of the kids with all heart while the parents can chill at the coffee shop . The pool Side is gorgeous and service is just exceptional. We had an initial plan to stay for one night which turned out to be 4 nights and it is only because of the staff members who make us feel that this is our home❤️❤️ I recommend this place to everyone for the exquisite architecture and luxury and the staff members who make you feel privileged every moment. I am out of words and are waiting to return to Taj Amer soon again.

recently visited Taj Amer in Jaipur, and it is one of the finest Taj properties I have ever experienced. The renowned hospitality and service of Taj/IHGC were evident throughout my stay, making me and my 6-month-old baby feel extremely comfortable. At the reception, I met Priyanka and Priyanshi, along with their fellow staff members. They were very supportive during my check-in process and showed immense warmth and affection towards my child. At checkout, they even gifted my son a monument as a gesture, which was a lovely surprise. Devaansh, the hotel's chef, paid special attention to our food preferences, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The food and beverages were excellent, with some custom-made items that were delightful. The best part was their assistance with our baby's food, preparing bland vegetable purées and ensuring all his daily food requirements were met, even though these items were not on the menu. The restaurant staff took great care of our baby while we enjoyed our meals, exemplifying the high level of hospitality at this property. Shamina at the restaurant is truly one of the finest individuals I have encountered. Harish and Lokesh gave us a wonderful property tour, sharing interesting history and facts about the place. They also helped us with our luggage, adding to the overall excellent experience. Overall, I had the best stay at this property, not only because of the exceptional services, world-class food, and experiences but also because of the empathy and personal care they provide.

By far the best experience we had in north india with regard to quality of service and hospitality. Taj amer is also recently built, kept very clean and quick to respond to any requirement and request. It was such a great experience that we would like to include a few notable employees who were responsible. Perfect, nothing to note!

Newly built property in Amer, which is outside of the hustle and bustle of Jaipur. Very nice to wind down. We loved everything here from the rooftop, the wide-ranging breakfast selection, the modern architecture and most importantly the hospitality. We would like to mention that everyone (!) from the staff side was extremely welcoming and kind. During breakfast, the cook invites you on a tour through the Rajasthani cuisine and be sure not to turn down his offer!

This is literally a detail: The cultural performance was situated in a dull courtyard and didn‘t do justice to the great perfomance.

Great location for all the sightseeing. The location is away from the city centre. The bar at the Nomad is excellent. Diwar makes some lovely 🍸.

Avoid the Indian wedding season as this hotel hosts many events. This has an impact on other guests as these events are large and staff are preoccupied for them. The half board buffet is average for Taj dining. A la carte was excellent but the hotel did not offer any credit to eat at any other restaurants.
