We arrived to a very warm welcome by all staff. Shown to our room which was very clean spacious and with all the facilities listed. Nothing was too much trouble with a cookie on arrival and gift of a delicious cake the breakfast of departure. The food and service in the restaurant was superb. It catered for every type of taste . My only criticism would be the pool which was crystal clear but as birds perch up there it should be cleaned where they have been daily. Drinks containers were still next to beds and cocktails were not catered for on the roof bar as items missing . If guests try to leave small children unattended the life guard should not volunteer to look after them. As one small child on her own for 15 minutes. Other than that a 10 out of 10 stay

This hotel is perfect to rest after a busy day visiting Jaipur. As you walk into reception you are welcome by a young team with a big smile and ready to help you any time. The rooms are spacious and clean, you can seat very comfortable by the window and enjoy the mountain view. We joined the new year's eve party, it was an amazing party we had good fun. The food in the restaurant is excellent, we tried so many Indian dishes, everything so tasty. Once more the waiters, waitresses and the head chef were always ready to help a with a big sweet smile. Thank you to all the hotel team, specially all the team in the restaurant and to Rahul Singh for his special attention. It has been an unforgettable experience stay in Double Tree. Hope to be back some day.

Had a wonderful 2-day stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer with my family. The hotel offers stunning views of the Aravalli Hills, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly warm and hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options. The infinity pool and recreational activities were a highlight for the family. Overall, it was a fantastic experience – highly recommended!

My checkout experience was frustrating—I was getting late for the airport, but the staff didn’t prepare the bill on time. Later, they generated an incorrect bill, which further delayed me. While the overall stay was enjoyable, the checkout process needs improvement to avoid unnecessary hassles for guests in a hurry. Also, the lady had enough courage to even explain the incorrect bill to me without rechecking it twice.

Very attentive front desk and f&b staff. We felt really looked after. The kitchen staff and chef went an extra mile to make us comfortable, offering us food that wasn't on the menu because children were not used to Indian spicy food.

A spa would have been a great addition to the property, as its location is far off from the main city and guests might want to do something at the hotel instead of heading out. Also there was no life guard at the pool , very dangerous. There should always be a life guard at the pool

The staff was excellent at handling queries. The location is great, and the property is lovely. The swimming pool at the top has an excellent view. The food was great, and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend this property.

They have a policy for extra bedding. Read that before you make a final booking. I got confused initially as I traveled with a 16 year old, which booking.com allowed me to book as a child and did not show up in price.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We travelled with a baby and they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Rooms were nice and in a good shale and bed was comfortable. Cleaning could be a bit better, but it was not too bad.

The location was in the “dirtier” part of Jaipur, we saw so much garbage around the round when driving to/from the hotel

Wonderful hotel for a great price, quiet area just outside Jaipur. VERY easy access to Amber Fort in the morning to avoid traffic and crowds. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, good views, great restaurant, everything off the list. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment you walk into the hotel.

Those who want more city life at night will not find that around this hotel.

The hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were perfect.

The view from our room wasn't very nice, but that was because we didn't pay the extra for a mountain view. We didn't spend much time in our room with the curtains open so this wasn't a big deal. The rooftop pool was also unheated which was a bit cold in January but also not a big issue.

Everything about the hotel was spectacular. The location was great, with wonderful views, the infinity pool was cool. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, one of the best I have had in travels across four continents. Highly recommend.

One very minor point, the view from the infinity pool was marred because the bounding glass needs to be cleaned.

Everything was superb... The staff there are very helpful and humble. Sikander at Aravli Pool Bar is an exceptional host... Very kind... Lahari at Restaurant and few others from F&B are also very kind... I was with an Infant and a Toddler so they helped with their food

The pool area is exceptional... Sikander at the bar cannot handle everything alone... There were guests who were unaware of the rules... they were entering the pool in knickers, without taking a pre shower, ladies without tying their long hairs... The Guard was allotted but we know that no one listens to a poor guard, there has to be a person allotted who is strict and knows rules and can deliver messages to other guests politely
