We had a great stay at Hotel Golden Haveli in Jaisalmer India. The room was large and very spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. The hotel and swimming pool were clean, breakfast was extensive and very good. All staff very pleasant and very helpful. The manager Mr Ayub Jathudan was exceptional and allowed us to overstay our checkout time so we didn't have to hang around the city for our early evening train. We would happily stay there again.

The hotel is in a quiet lane around 5 to 7 minutes walking distance (Around 2 minutes drive) from main market Area. The room size and bathroom size is big. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel has a decent size pool, though we did not use it as it was very cold weather. The hotel is a like a palace turned in to a hotel (like many hotels in Rajasthan). Location wise, this is the best place to stay in Jaisalmer for those who are looking at staying in a luxury hotel without paying exorbitant charges.

1) The breakfast area is not very big for the size of the hotel. The hotel must keep provisoning for a bigger area. 2) The breakfast fare is also very limited. It would be great if they could introduce one live counter for Dosa or something like that. 3) There is no partition between shower area and the bathroom area. Result, the entire bathroom gets wet when one is having a bath. The shower was also not working well and we had to end up taking bath using a bucket and tumbler. 4) No dental kit was provided during the stay and the bath accessories were very miniscule considering there were 3 of us in the room.

Clean and modern, well maintained lobby, rooms and swimming pool. Friendly staff and prompt service. Great food in the in house restaurant. We always had breakfast there and we all enjoyed the variety each morning. The staff arranged everything for us at a reasonable cost - taxi, tuk tuk, desert safari, jeep safari etc to name a few.

Slight complaint for construction in upper floor only during the day (mostly we were out and about then).

We stayed at Hotel Golden Haveli nd it was splendid. Everything at the hotel was great, delicious food, friendly and courteous staff, the ambience, rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. The Housekeeping staff particularly Staff were really helpful and assisted us with our queries. Although we couldn't explore the Morning Breakfast because of the Getting late, apart from that everything was just great. The location of the hotel is also very good as all the tourist attractions are within few minutes walking distance Me and my family had a great time so thank you so much Golden Haveli Team

We arrived late at night to a warm welcome. We had a gorgeous room and enjoyed our window seat view of the pool and surroundings. Breakfast buffet was tasty and you could order an omelette to order as well. The pool is shallow but still great for a dip when hot. The staff were very attentive and helpful and allowed us to check out late when we had a safari later in the day. Would highly recommend!

The only minor issue was that there never seemed to be very much hot water, but after being out in the hot city, it didn't really matter having a cooler shower!

Excellent place for couples, family, and friends. The facility and hospitality are really appreciable. The hotel is very good, exterior is so pretty. The room is very clean. all amenities are neat and clean. helpful staff. I took the full package Jaisalmer and it was really worth it. They will serve plenty of snacks n food till you are full. Jeep Safari is a thrill to do. I would recommend spending at least a couple of nights there. Everything was perfect, I loved the local assistance provided. Thank you guys for the hospitality.

This is probably one of the best hotels we had during our entire stay in Jaisalmer .The rooms were nice and clean, airconditioned, accompanied by really comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The hotel is paired with a nice restaurant on the rooftop with nice views of the Jaisalmer Fort and city, which is a great view by both day and night. The hotel also has a swimming pool outdoor , with very nice cold water, which was a welcome refreshment during the hot desert days. The owner and staff is extremely friendly.and upon return, the hotel offered us a room to have a shower and refresh ourselves before our flight back, completely free of charge. Overall a great experience at this wonderful hotel and run by some amazing people! Thank you for the pleasant stay 😊.

My 2nd home

We are currently staying in this hotel and it has been a wonderful experience. The rooms are big and and spacious and beds are very comfortable. All the staff members are very helpful and polite. We had some small housekeeping related issues but the quickly addressed. The buffet dinner and breakfast had a very good spread with lots of options. Also, we had a birthday of one of our member in the party and murad from restaurant went out of his way to arrange a cake and we all had a celebration in the restaurant. This was really a nice gesture. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others.

We really enjoyed our two nights at this lovely hotel. The staff were all very kind and friendly,looking after us exceptionally well. When they discovered it was our joint birthdays they upgraded us to a fabulous suite ( though the room we had was beautiful too) and surprised us with a birthday cake! We were so delighted. The views from the rooftop terrace towards the fort are unparalleled and the food was freshly prepared and really tasty. Huge thanks for a great stay, Would say, it's the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Jaisalmer !!
