Staying here was the best decision. The rooms were so spacious and beautifully decorated. Staffs were all really good, the one who i believe is the owner of the hotel is so soft spoken and arranged everything that we asked for. I should mention the breakfast, the chef took extra effort to make sure we all ate well and even made us idli since we are from south❤️ Everything here was good and would definitely recommend everyone who is looking for nice super comfy place to stay in jaisalmer.

This was a hidden gem since the hotel is very new and not that known yet. It's quite stylishly decorated with old, antique furniture from the local region. It also has top-of-the-line fittings in the room and bathroom.. the bed is simply heavenly! The staff are very polite, especially the owner, Mr. Fifu. Such a delightful and compassionate person to talk to. Make the effort to talk to him because he has a lot to share about the city and it's culture. He's proud of Jaisalmer and he's eager to show his guests the beauty of the city. Try the finger-licking food of the restaurant as well, and the gorgeous view of the fort. Don't miss the sunset view from it either :) The owner is also fluent in French and Spanish, which is great to practice your language skills ! I loved my stay at this hotel. There was nothing more I could have asked for. Also, this is probably the only hotel that gives unlimited, free drinking water. And that matters in Jaisalmer ! Kudos to the owner for this kind gesture.

Absolutely nothing!

The best hotel to foreigners! The build is new, it's clean and good breakfast! If you are brazilian you must stay in this hotel. The hotel is just perfect! We were welcomed with really good coffee (for Brazilians, coffee is everything!). The owner of the hotel, sir Fifu, is the most gentle and kind person we have met in India! He was in contact with us all the time by WhatsApp to give us all the support. He even scheduled a auto to make our transfer form train station for free. The hotel is clean and beautiful! The view is awesome and the coffee is really good. We had a auto driver available to drive us to any place, a really good gut. It's is a calm area near to fort. The team are very friendly.

Very nice and clean room. Breakfast was served on rooftop, dinner on the rooftop of the neighbor hotel - very good. The owner is really taking care that everything is ok during your stay. Laundry and taxi service were organized very well.

Nothing. We were here during wedding season. There are some wedding locations next door. So, the earplugs we got from the hotel were very helpful.

Very coureous and respectful owner Mr. Om ensures to keep clients interest first. Neat and big room. Clean rest rooms. Courteous staff.

Lift would help elderly and people with difficulty with climbing stairs. I did not have an issue. But a lift will add lot of value to the amazing hotel. I sense its the layout of all the properties in that locality. So i wouldn't take any credit away for this reason.

The hotel was perfect. Staff very very nice. Excellent food, super clean, beautiful architecture and gorgeous room and bathroom. The owner is the most welcoming person you may wish. The view from the room and from the breakfast and lunch rooftops is amazing, facing straight to the fort. We could not have wished anything better.

The entire hotel us sparkling clean and well decorated in Rajasthani haveli style. The staff is wonderful. They make all the efforts to make your stay comfortable. And above all the owner and host of the property is a nice and wonderful man. He is present at the hotel and treats you as the guests in his own house.. Go and stay there!

Here are the key points :- 1. Heritage feel is there in this hotel 2. Rooms are new and well maintained 3. Staff members are very very polite 4. Owner Mr Om Prakash and their sons all three are very polite in nature and are adorable 5. A guy named MISRI the one who serves food is a great guy. Very very polite and nice person 6. A nepali couple is also there who always have a smile on their faces. If someone wants to stay in jaisalmer there is no need to search hotels, simply go to this hotel and check in. Only parking location just because of dirt not because of space

We really enjoyed stay at Meri Haveli. Rooms were clean, good quality toiletries provided and very supportive staffs. Mr. Choudhury (manger) was good and helpful. Our flight was rescheduled and preponed by an hour. In no time, Choudhury arranged a vehicle. It was good to talk to Mr. Fifu and his son Abhinandan as well. Hope we will meet again sometime someday. The owner manager, Mr. Fifu, was extremely helpful and a great host. He made our stay very pleasurable and helped us with arranging trips outside the city. The hotel itself is excellent..... we had a very comfortable, large, great room. Wholeheartedly recommend!
