Occasionally visitors from the jungle - the monkey families . Have to be careful and extra careful to ensure doors of the balcony are closed and LATCHED . These guys can open the doors if not latched and can get into ur rooms !

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was good. The staff’s reception was lovely, and their treatment was very polite. They were friendly and pleasant in their interactions. The hotel is clean and located in a beautiful area. The view of the waterfall from the restaurant and the flowing river is truly stunning. The food at the restaurant was very delicious, and the staff were excellent. We also enjoyed the sounds of the birds, seeing the eagles, and getting close to the monkeys.

The entertainment area is small; I wished it were larger and located in a more vibrant area, especially considering the guests' need for nighttime entertainment. I also hope the existing games will be maintained, with the addition of a pool table, for example, and a dart game. Additionally, the color of the pool water wasn't reassuring for swimming. In such cases, it would be better if the pool were enclosed with glass on all sides and allowed for swimming until 9 PM.

Perfect place to enjoy the beauty of nature. Great Location to three waterfalls, we enjoyed the hike through the jungle. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, Food is just exceptional. The yoga teacher working in the property is very professional as well.

The staff is incredible, only thing that was challenging is the level of English, sometimes we found it hard to communicate. some more fresh vegetables would be also a bonus.

- Well built property that had good views of the river and decent view of the waterfalls. The waterfalls are a bit further away than portrayed in the pictures, but the property was located in a very scenic location, so no complaints there. - The rooms were very comfortable and spacious - The staff were excellent. Always polite and smiling, and they really made the experience a positive one

The restaurant needs a better chef. The menu looks like it belongs in a posh restaurant, but the taste and quality of the dishes were a HUGE letdown. It was almost as if they had an amateur cooking enthusiast make all the dishes. The buffet was decent, but I would recommend staying away from the a-la-carte menu.

Location of the property with a view of Athirapally Falls, flowing river & mountains with jungle. Good view of Athirapally falls from the Cafe Samsara (Restaurant) & Bar of the property, including sunrise & sunset views.

Very frequent power cuts in the property (with power backup although) & the road which leads to the property from Main road could be made better. There are few more resorts in the same road but, it was bumpy with some pot holes (village road), I had to drive very slow as my wife was 6 months pregnant.

Nice location with great views of river and waterfalls. Loved the wildlife and the monkeys that came to visit on our balcony. Most staff went out of their way to be helpful and even made me a birthday cake which they brought to my room.

The pool was not that clean and was showing signs of being dated. Only 2 sun loungers around the small pool. Be aware that you can only book Taxi through the hotel and therefore we needed up paying double the amount we had paid for similar distance trips but as you are remote, you have no choice to pay.

The stay has been one of the most memorable. The resort is immersed in the forest along the river with the falls just 700 mt away. The premise is modern, welcoming, clean, and the service is simply impeccable. The attention we have received is unparalleled and a pleasant surprise. The hotel has a restaurant which serves a la carte and also offers buffets on specific evenings. The food is exquisite and carefully prepared and presented. I went with my wife and this stay became an unplanned second honeymoon. My wife and I are so happy that we plan to go back again. In over thirty years of travelling around the world, this one has been an unforgettable experience. I need to mention the resort's GM and the restaurant manager. Professional, friendly, attentive. They both went far and beyond our expectations. Surprised us with a special party, treats, activities, entertainment and more.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Niraamaya is exceptional. The staff are absolutely delightful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued. Wonderful ambiance, very relaxing place to stay to retreat from the busyness of the world. I can honestly say this place is amazing, I didn’t want to leave!

No complaints at all. It’s perfect just the way it is.

The staff were particularly friendly, maybe a bit too much/too artificial. But it may be because there were a few difficulties exchanging in English at times. In the end, they didn't book the cab to leave at the right address because of this (nothing serious). Please note that there is NO free shuttle to the airport as indicated, it costs 3150.

portion size of everything was 2 spoons.. we Chose Al-a-Carte dinner, as wasn’t much hungry but whatever i ordered was just 2/3 spoonful quantity.. Though the taste was good
