We had a great experience, and the hotel was courteous enough to give us a free upgrade of our rooms. All the staff were very friendly. The food was really good and we had a lot of options to choose from. The facilities in the hotel, the park, the birds and animals, and the falls view on the backyard are a real standout experience. Overall, looking forward to visit again.

Break fast is well and good and our day it’s not that much good coz somuch rush suddenly lot of people gathered in line and we felt there is a disturbance so better time wise according to bulk of groups to be arranged

Bathroom switch not properly secured (I got shock) and way to hotel from main road path is not at all good and please make arrangement for swimming pool at least like us with kids may enjoy the season

The staffs are extremely friendly. The property is located in the center of the city. Breakfast is really palatable. Lots of sports activities inside the property. Food served in the room service is simply outstanding. Very much recommended for family and couples.

The lightings could have been improved especially near the garden. The gym is not functioning due to under maintenance.

Exceptional hospitality. Like everything here. The food, the rooms, the ambience. Very happy with my stay. Only felt like, they should also provide slippers in the price they are charging. We felt the room floors cold, however we managed with our own slippers.

Property location and in-house recreational facilities and playground for children and some farm animals

The road leading from the main route to the property was not laid meaning you drive / walk over in muddy conditions in wet weather

The lawn, their hospitality, the dining area and their excellent buffet

Coffee cost is too much when you asked room dining

Loved the food, comfortable room,huge lawn space, children's park,birds and bunnies for children to see

The bed seemed small for a couple with a kid,the duck pond wasn't maintained,the tower at the top of the lawn wasn't maintained too.if these were upto the mark,i would give this hotel 100/100.

Excellent facilities, spacious rooms, well maintained garden. Good food in the restaurant

loud music in the evening. Young crowd come for this. Should avoid staying on the weekends to avoid this

Hospitality and food was amazing. Resort has lot of facilities and play areas for kids. Staff are very helpful

Room is not air-conditioned or has a ceiling fan which can be a problem on hot summer days.
