Unforgettable experience. The staff were really conscious about each guest’s experience. The restaurants, Campfire, Jacuzzi Bath tub Mini Theatre so well maintained and rooms kept spotlessly clean. Well trained staff. Thank you so much for your hospitality. The Hotel was so sufficient and a great place to meet, eat and relax.Lovely room, great facilities and very courteous and helpful staff. Strongly recommend it! We always stay here as we love the location. The facility has a nice .Kidz Zone , Very kids friendly too.Quick and Great Stayover. The level of service and care from the staff and manager was wonderful. They were very attentive and helpful. Arranging transportation to the Kodai Lake & Bus Stand was easy and fast. It was a short stay over and a great visit. The location is a short 5-10min from the Kodai Bus Stand and is close to many areas to explore. Highly recommend

Stay was very comfortable in Vivera Highlands hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious with facilities like Geyser, electric kettle etc. provided which are required in Kodaikanal climate. Staff & receptionist were warm, friendly and courteous. They themselves have a few cabs/taxis which you can book with a driver for sightseeing, with economical fares. They have a list of places which you can book as a package, or can choose which places you want to visit. The driver acted as a guide as well explaining the different places that we visited. They have a restaurant in their campus where we had breakfast (We had booked the rooms with breakfast included). Satisfied with the service overall !!

The room that we booked, though spacious and clean, didn't have ventilation. I guess there are other rooms with a balcony included where you will get ample ventilation, I should have booked them. Nevertheless it wasn't a deal breaker given the cold weather of Kodaikanal.

"I was initially unsure about the availability of parking due to the hotel being located on top of a hill. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find parking space conveniently located in front of the reception. Additionally, my room was adjacent to the reception, making access on the slope very easy. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, offering a stunning natural landscape. The room was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a 5-star experience at a budget-friendly price."

Hotel ambience is fine. Staff are also nice. Only rhing is accessing is bit tough, as connecting road is very narrow and steep, local drivers may make out but unfamiliar drivers of thus terrain may face problem

An improvement point to have drinking water inside room itself. Other than that all are Excellent

Pleasant stay. Good customer service. Affordable price with excellent room with balcony. Manikandan (Manager)- He supported in and out all over thought our stay for two days. Dining service was also good. Throughout the entire resort was pleasant and peaceful. I truly recommend this for all.

Rooms are maintained well and has wooden interiors to keep it warm. Breakfast is very good.

Need to Improve the Parking because we need to park in a slope..Landline connection is not working in the room for all our needs we need to come and inform in the Reception...

The staffs were very polite . We stayed for 2 nights and they provided cleaning for both the days by changing bedsheet to pillow covers . Room was clean and calm specially with the balcony view .

Kitchen was in renuation so they couldn't provide food but apart from this everything was super !
