I stayed two nights with family, location was good, room was spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and neatly maintained. The interior of the room looks classy. The process of check-in was smooth and the staffs were friendly and polite. The Kodai Lake and Bryant Park is just a 10-min walk from the hotel, which is a good advantage.

They don't prepare breakfast in the hotel, they packed somewhere and serve here. Due to this, the food didn't retain its hotness which is must for its climate. Taste was not so great, both the days they served Idly, Poori, Vada, Upma & Boiled eggs, not worthy break fast. The hotel was overpriced for the facilities.

I bookd 2 rooms for 2 nights. Clean, Spacious and additional single bed, can accommodate 3 persons. 2 single Couches with a center table. And still had a space for an extra single bed. Property is in heart of the city, walkable distance tp lake. Food was very tasty, reasonably priced.

Toiletries, and (tea coffee mix) other consumables were not refilled 2 nd day. I was a famijy of 4 (2+2 all are 12+ yrs). If the size of room and extra bed facility is provided, my entire family could have been in room.

Hospitality of staff particularly Vijay and Kanagavel was very welcoming and helped us throughout our stay. The breakfast was fantastic and better than what you can get in the nearby hotels. The location is also very close to the important tourist attractions. Definitely will recommend for families.

Bathroom tiles was smooth and slippery. They are already renovating the building. So, it should be fixed in near future.

Very nice & comfortable & safe stay. Just walking from kodai busstand, market & kodai lake. Yummy free breakfast, good service, budget friendly. Staff is good & helpful in nature. All in all its a good deal for everyone who is looking for budget friendly & nice stay in Kodaikanal.

Peaceful apart from door bell ringing at 7am both mornings by man selling tea. Nice big room, and location near enough to the lake to walk to in 10 minutes.

Breakfast room is nice apart from the flies and not much international breakfast options, mainly Indian.

All the tourist places are near to this hotel.It was convenient for us to reach the nearby tourist attractions. Their breakfast was really tasty.The hotel is clean and hygienic.I recommend this hotel to all couples and families.

Breakfast setup to clumsy and unclean. .... The only one Bread Toaster is too Old , Too slow, and very Dirty..... Add one more new Toaster for avoiding waiting. .....

It was good room, facilities, staff etc.

Area wasn't good. Parking was a nightmare as a local market was working in front of the hotel and police wasn't allowing to go inside with vehicle.
