I along with my family had stayed in Villa - 107 from 29th April till 31st April, 2025. The property is well maintained and there are line of villas dotted throughout the property. There is a buggy service available from the reception to the rooms and vice-versa, as and when required through a call via intercom. Coming to the food, we had breakfast and dinner . The breakfast spread was elaborate and was decent in taste. The dinner spread too had a variety of dishes and pleasing to the tastebud. Coming to the villa, the bedrooms were of decent size along with a drawing and a sit out attached to one of the bedrooms. I would have liked the size of the bedrooms to be a bit more spacious. There is in room heaters provided in each bedroom, television and a wardrobe with side tables on each side of the bed. The suggestion I have is to create a dormitory for the drivers who are coming with the travellers , because it is quite uncomfortable to sleep inside the car with the temperature falling. Overall it was a decent stay and was happy with the service provided.

Parking was unmanned. After a long and tiring journey, I had to park unassisted in a parking lot a few mins away from the hotel. Signs reading ‘parking at owner’s risk’ - this was a sore sight. I should not have to worry about the safety of my car if I’m coming to a hotel/resort. The reception arranged a day trip for my family for sightseeing in an Innova. The driver Mohan was very helpful and well-behaved. They charged ₹5500 for this service out of which ₹2000 rupees was for the veg meal for 4 adults. They did not mention anything about the meal or that they actually had non-veg options when I had booked the service. Overall, it was not value for money for the ₹15k per room per night I had spent.

We were a family of 4 people, we booked a family suite (2 bedrooms). We arrived very early and had requested early check-in. The staff were very kind and pleasant, although there were no rooms available immediately, they provided a room as soon as it was available. The rooms were spacious, clean and had heaters and hot water. They have buggy service between the room and reception area which was very convenient for us. We had breakfast on all days (included with room), plenty of options and food was delicious. The "Tea Kadai" stall that opens between 16:00-18:00 everyday was one of the best things of the resort. They have great snack options and amazing tea. Mr. Prabhu was our point of contact at the resort and he helped arrange a vehicle to go from Madurai station to the resort. All the staff at the resort were extremely kind, polite and friendly. They gave us all the information that we needed and answered all our queries. We took the night jeep ride from the resort and Mr. John who drove the jeep was very friendly and informative.

Nothing to dislike.

We liked the location very much. The staff here were really helpful, kind and courteous. The buffet is definitely worth it. The food was amazing and the chef Medolina helped us to choose the food. The waiter called Preduman was very hard working and helpful. March on reception helped us to book our onward taxi. Sasirekha helped me with IT for which I am very grateful. We would definitely recommend this place.

Location is great overlooking lake. Landscapes are beautiful. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Room service every day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Making plans for 2nd visit. Thank specially to Umesh, Rekha, Partha and driver Mohan. Umeshji gave me lot of courage and assurance to make solo trip possible. Thx.

certain staff were forcing the guests to give good reviews. This is annoying and management should take some actions to stop this behaviour from the staff

Location and ambience makes this place more attractive and convenient..you can view the lake from the highest point..although the road has lots of potholes which could lower the convenient part.. I went with my elderly parents and they have a fantastic arrangement with golf cart services to move around the hotel..they even have a stairlift for people who are unable to get into the dining.. Mr. prabhu was very customer oriented and helpful The drivers, cleaners,kitchen staff and other supportive staff including the security were all great and ready to help the customers with smile on their face.. The bonus point is the garden with loungers where you can sit and enjoy the scenery peacefully.. The rooms were modern and equipped with portable heaters.. Overall its a great place to relax and enjoy your holiday with other facilities like spa..

It was a pleasant stay. I liked the room and the environment. The breakfast was awesome. The staffs are friendly and courteous.

Need to improve the cleanliness of the toilet. The check in was not guest friendly. I had to wait even though I made the booking very early.

The breakfast was very good, and so was the service. Coffee was excellent. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The location of rooms was very nice, but a bit unfriendly for seniors.
