Very good location . Our Suite was large and had a lovely view of the Kodaikanal landscape!

The location of the hotel is excellent, being quite close to the lake and other sightseeing spots. We also appreciated the variety of eateries nearby, all within walking distance. Our room was very spacious, and the bathrooms exceeded our expectations. They were clean and had hot water available 24 hours, which was a great convenience.

Our room was located on the ground floor, and directly outside the window was a local bar. Unfortunately, the noise from the bar persisted until late in the evening, which affected our comfort. Additionally, we had to keep the window covered with a screen throughout the day to maintain some privacy and reduce the noise. Despite this, we appreciated other aspects of our stay and the overall service.

The room was well lighted, nice, clean and spacious. It was enough for me and my two children with their grandparents to stay. It will be good if they provide chairs in the balcony to sit and enjoy the view and weather.

The landline was not working, they didn't check whether the room's kettle is working or there are tea bags etc before handing over the room., without landline communication was difficult. They have a very good restaurant but there is less coordination between the hotel guys and the restaurant.

everything was ok but there is an hot water issue on the shower, so we are checking out one ay before.

The staff was welcoming and able to help and guide for everything. They were very hospitable and we had a very comfortable stay. They provided a refreshment room for us after the check out for us to get refreshed before we catch our bus.

Some improvements can be done on fit finish of the room. The room we got for deluxe booking was little smaller than we expected would have loved a relatively larger room for the tariffs charged.

Hotel does not worry about restaurant as it is managed by someone else.Hotel management should have close leiason

Good food at restaurant. Rooms were very good and specious. Need heater in room when it is too cold outside. Very good and helping staff and good arrangement for taxi etc.

Amazing room with amazing view 🪟🌈 very neat and clean room....just fall in love... their food was also 100% homemade and very tasty....quick service...very polite staff...5 out of 5.
