Best location for couples and families. Away from noise pollution and midst of mountains. Amazing place to spend time with friends and family. The hotel staffs and House keeping member's were very friendly and caring. The buffet breakfast was yummy and tasty spread over different types of cuisines. Loved and enjoyed the rooftop pool which was maintained very clean. Really enjoyed every moment and the environment maintain very tidy and clean.

This is my second stay at the hotel. I stayed earlier in the year as well just after lock down opened up. Whilst checking in the receptionist recognised that and upgraded my room to a suite room. She never mentioned it, and let it be a surprise to me. Very thoughtful. The restaurant manager also recognised me, and it was good to see that he is still there. The food is good. The first night I stopped at a roadway restaurant to eat instead of coming to the hotel. I wished I hadn't done that. Because the hotel is not in the city, there is very ample parking. The price I paid was also very decent. Last trip we stayed at the Radisson in the city. And for the price we paid then and what we got did not align at all, well below par. This hotel with the Radisson brand went beyond that price/delivery point.

The shower drainage was not too good, was getting a bit blocked and water was building up a tiny bit. Also water was not very hot. But quite minor issues. I forgot how far out of Bangalore city it was, around 55km, so takes a bit of time to get in to do the work I needed to. I think next time I can only stay at this hotel as a stop over on the way back to Chennai and not the whole duration due to the distance to the city, which is a real shame.

The hotel is located on the main road and easily accessible. It has convenient parking even though its not covered parking. Room is very spacious and bathrooms were equally big and neat. Food was good but I think it was a lit bit pricey but probably at those rates due to the brand.

I was at this wonderful hotel for 2-weeks for work purposes. The location is perfect to getaway from BLR, and close enough to major upcoming industries of India at its doorsteps. The value for this hotel is remarkable and the staff, from Bharath on were exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I will be back for a longer stay in the near future.

As I had mentioned for the value, the renovation of the pool was a non-factor and did not affect my stay since it rained everyday. I do wish there was a gym, and one is being built since it is a relatively new management striving for the best!

Based on my requirement, it was at the best location. Bed, TV, In room dinning and AC was fine. Cost of food was not overly expensive. The Kids enjoyed the infinity pool

Parking is shallow and narrow..no shaded parking, I wonder how they manage during peak times. I have a black coloured Car and to keep it parked in the Sun is a challenge

Food and service in restaurant.

No one care after entering the hotel premise.. only single watchmen is there for escorting, assisting parking, taking of baggage and all other sorts. Receptionist is rude. When we asked for baggage support, she was asking "how do we know whether you are coming or not"

Good but night dinner could be better

Buffet breakfast spread was really good.

No amenities, location of property is pathetic. Both lunch and Dinner buffet was very bad especially non veg food was tasteless

Basic breakfast. Not 5 star quality.

Swimming pool water was very dirty. Beds were tooo soft. Could not sleep.

Best stay,best amenities, best food ,best ambience, love to refer frineds n family, often I visit this place🤗
