I recently stayed at Lemon Tree and was thoroughly impressed. The food was great, always available, and everything felt safe and comfortable. What stood out the most was their incredible initiative to employ people with disabilities. One staff member, in particular, really caught my attention with their warm smile, excellent work ethic, and professional presentation. It's inspiring to see such a positive, inclusive environment. Highly recommend!

The menu of room service was very limited there is no option for western menu. I think they needs have a more choices for menu. Another things we booked the room for double occupancy but bathroom toiletariest prepared for one only .Overall good just needs to check this small things.

Location is good, although its far from the main areas of work and tourism. Booking cab at times can be challenging. Breakfast and food is good. Safe and clean hotel. Hot water is available. Room Size is good.

The TV would turn on automatically, as and when power went off and came back.

Attentive and respectful staff, clean and well appointed rooms, delicious food, personalized care, excellent connectivity, adjacent to a bank and ATM, also adjacent to good quality malls.

The hotel hosts corporate and wedding groups that party, drink and smoke in their rooms, even on non-smoking floors such as ours. Some of the clients were leery and I felt like I needed to accompany the women in our group (foreigners) in the hotel as a result. Thrice I had to raise complaints to which the staff immediately responded.

Wonderful location. Nice room size. Excellent amenities...Good breakfast spread. Service was pretty good. I've stayed in quite a few Lemon Tree properties across the country and am fond of their properties. Helps that many have a tie up with my company

Though breakfast was tasty, it lacked variety. Almost same for both days. AC was a bit inconsistent.

Everything. Particularly the behaviour of the staff in the dinning hall and especially the housekeeping people.
