Everything is standard, like in other hotels around the world, as befits their status.

Overall, everything is in line with the standards and privileges. The only comment I have is about the food for dinner and breakfast. Change the diet and make the menu more varied!

It is literally the neatest and cleanest properties that I have stayed so far. It’s next to Axis mall , bang on Highway, near to the Food truck lane. Best place you can stay in New town. Value for money, bcoz of the rooms, bathrooms, clean sheets and towels. Also the Breakfast is just amazing.

starting from the entrance, the interior, the decoration, the cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast is good, the gym is all perfect!

Everything was wonderful nothing negative was noticed

Breakfast is decent for the room rate we paid. Breakfast hours are very convenient.

Washbasin is placed very close to bed. Also toilet door and entrance door collide with each other when someone tries to enter the room at the same time when someone exits toilet.

Location cleanliness . The team was very prompt . The day I arrived late front office guy was very helpful. Don't remember his name a guy with specs . The entire team was good .

Fish missing in the dinner menu .

The overall experience was fabulous. Breakfast was sumptuous. The behavior of the staff is very good. The rooms were really good with comfortable bed and nicely maintained

Dinner menu can be a little more exhaustive . No fish in a hotel in kolkata doesn't auger well. Rates may increase but fish should be there

The place is very cozy and the staff is also humble.
