Excellent staff behaviour - service with a smile always. Great value for money.

The mattresses are soggy,n needs immediate replacement with firm mattress.

I really like that they tended to my request of giving me a low-noise room. I hate outside noises. So they gave me a spacious room. There was a guest who was smoking in the room next to mine. My room was smelling of cigarettes. I complained to the manager. That guest was moved to another room. I was a solo woman and I loved their thoughtfulness. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Large enough room with amenities as stated. Wi-fi of a good standard and able to stream from my firestick.

A fridge and ironing facilities in the room would have been a god send (fridge was offered by Samir though). Not the easiest place to find by tuk-tuk drivers (probably a problem with the drivers though).

The location was close to all transport facilities. The manager Pratik and the Pantry Supervisor Mamata went out of the way to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast spread was not elaborate but tasty and filling. The hotel is reasonably priced for the facilities offered.

The housekeeping needs to be improved and proper management of food counters.

The owner of the hotel Mr Siddharth was exceptionally good as we stucked in some problem he guided us very well there was little problem with the room as soon as the manager arrived Mr.Prathik he co-operated so much and even made an alternate arrangement he is too good in nature henceforth the best part of this stay is that the service people are very good specially a guy named lokenath is too good. The availability of the facilities provided were functioning properly are in all good state and whatever was stated in the website all the facilities were available. The most significant part is the stay is very clean and well connected to the transport hubs good restaurants are also available close to it

1. The room size was good enough to stay. 2. The room was fully clean. 3. Food quality was good. 4. The behaviour of the hotel owner and the manager was really awesome. Even the other staffs were polite and helpful. 5. They provided a welcome drink after reaching there which was great in this hot weather and was a good gesture to welcome travelers.

In the bathroom, the exhaust fan was not working and the TV was not getting turned on. But for us, these were not any serious issues. With the help of hotel staff, these could be solved.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service

It was a pleasant stay and in budget. Facility is clean, staff are very helpful and polite. Quick room service, easy access to transport, local shops, mall and Office. Thanks to Pratik, Mamta, Akash, Partho, and everyone I interacted during my stay!

Stayed here for a week. The staff was very supportive with my needs. Also, the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was also easy to catch ubers from this location.

The place is amazing it’s really peaceful and a good connectivity to every part of Kolkata the staff is very helpful polite and professional I would highly recommend staying and would stay here again when I come back in Kolkata
