Property is at prime location. It takes 30 mins to airport and 45 mins to howrah. Easy to travel on any business purpose as most if the corporate is at salt lake. Axis mall is 5 mins walkable distance. Biswa bangla gate is 5 mins if u catch a ToTo. Also the ambience of the building is great. Zero vehicle noise. And easy to find in maps.

Not the property but i think there is a confusion between Booking.com and fab hotel server. In my app its showing breakfast included but somehow the app hotel is using does not say breakfast is included.

What is my observation is that all are good and perfect Nothing is there to dislike well connected easily to move here and there by walk or cab or nearby metro Food are very good in the in-house restaurant.

Perfect accommodation to stay if someone needs comfort cleanliness excellent service support during their travelling at new town Kolkata. It is well connected with entire city by means of nearby metro cab and bus service.

Nothing is there to be highlighted, and I had a very good experience and it is highly recommended to everybody for staying alone with family or friends.

Thanks to @balaram and kuntal making my room clean and immaculate to my requirement. The floor and room cleaning was very good. He even took extra effort to make my stay very comfortable. This is my second time staying at this inn ..it's so warm and welcoming and can feel the homely vibe.ill definitely come and stay for my next visit.

It was quite a good stay overall. Beds were comfy and the services and staff were quick to help when asked. The value is fantastic for sure. The location is decent and fairly close to Axis Mall and other nice areas. The breakfast and lunch options were nice as well, though fairly standard.

The room was a bit smaller than expected and it was a bit inconvenient having to request refills and restocks instead of it being done automatically. Particularly, we filled up the garbage can quite early and it was annoying having to get new bags multiple times. I do wish more of the staff spoke English considering you’d probably expect a fair amount of tourists to stay, but it’s not a huge problem overall. However, I think in general it was a good stay

, it is a good hotel because every thing is accurately well done. The room is correct, but the air conditioning doesn’t blow on the bed. The bathroom is not large, but you don’t have to claim for some towel that is missing. The breakfast could be more variated, but every thing has good quality. The staff was kind and helpful,

View was not so good from one of the deluxe rooms. Also it would be nicer to have a few more tv channels.

Good rooms and well maintained rooms and near to all good restaurants , axis mall and newtown bus stand is near to this hotel and room is spacious and clean and neat I'm recommend for everyone....

Great location and good staff

The bathroom needs to be cleaned properly before the guests checks in. The included breakfast cost around Rs. 300/- , expected more as was served two slice of bread with one omlette and a cup of tea.
