We had an excellent experience at All Seasons D Fort in Kollam. The staff, especially Felix and Deon, were incredibly helpful, offering great service and advice on nearby activities. There’s so much to do in the area, whether it’s exploring on foot or enjoying the hotel’s services. I had my first Ayurvedic massage here, and it was truly unforgettable. The therapist was highly skilled, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting—it’s one of the best massage you can have. The hotel also organizes taxis and ensures your luggage is kept safe, which adds to the overall sense of care and security. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the pool was a delightful bonus. Dinner at the hotel was another highlight; the beef curry was exceptional and highly recommended. Prices were also very reasonable. Don’t miss the rooftop view, which offers a stunning perspective of Kollam and its surroundings. If you’re considering a stay here, don’t hesitate—book it!

Great hospitality, really liked the ambience. Staff is extremely supportive. Personalized care is demonstrated to the visitors. The hotel manager is very supportive and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, I encountered an unexpected situation during my stay, The kind of proactive and customer-centric approach has left a lasting impression on me, and I will certainly be recommending this hotel to friends and colleagues. Really clean room. Although this hotel has obviously been open for a while now, the staff work hard to keep the rooms very clean. AC is quiet and does the job. The rooftop bar is a nice place to watch flying foxes and Brahminy Kite just before sunset. Breakfast here is good and the food in the restaurant downstairs is much better value for foreigners than the Land’s End restaurant around the corner.

The ayrevedic treatments performed by Jincy. The coffee and the room service provided by the restaurant. The view from the roof. The man that checked me in and helped me to room was very kind and professional.

I didn’t like the (presumed) horse facility(?) I was sent to. ELEVEN km away in a field not created for horses w: an abused horse and a baby not able to take riders. I didn’t like that I didn’t get the discounts for the services as I was told. Many inconsistencies.

The room was fabulous. Spacious with a very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Air conditioning is a must in Kerala, and the unit kept the room cool.

The policies for the services need to be set out. I had an issue with the laundry service. It was resolved, but could've been avoided with good communication.

This property is a bit luxurious, nothing we were looking for during our journey, but it was a perfect stay. Everything was clean and the staff was professional. This property has a large swimming pool.

During December is not possible to swim in the Kollam beach because of dangerous currents. But you can use a private swimming pool of the property.

We reached much earlier than the requested check-in time and the staff was welcoming and helped us check in without much hassle. The rooms were neat, the toilets were sanitised prior to check in, good location for morning walkers. Staff was really cordial and accommodated all our requests. I came in feeling a little unwell and could not go for breakfast but they especially made porridge and brought it to the room.

The breakfast options could have been better. Towards the end of our stay there was a strong scent of cigarette seeping into the room.

A few power cuts ,room book was supposed to have balcony and garden view which we didn’t have, but the suit we had was enormous with 2 bathrooms

A beautiful property with very efficient staff and clean facilities. The hospitality all round was admirable. Breakfast spread could be better. The park nearby is serene for walks and unwinding!
