We had a wonderful stay at The Quilon Beach Hotel. The suite room was very spacious with excellent amenities and an amazing view from the window. Housekeeping and room service were great. The breakfast and lunch buffets were delicious – compliments to the chef! The beach nearby made it easy for us to relax and walk at evening and the hotel also arranged cab services for sightseeing, which was very convenient. A couple of areas for improvement: the gym could be better maintained, and the Ayurvedic spa was under maintenance during our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

It was a well maintained facility, however, the lunch was expensive but hygienic and well cooked. The choice of food was great even for vegetarians like me and my family. The staff were all courteous and ready to help especially with connecting to the WiFi.

The facility is a little bit over priced. I did not get enough value for money. The flush button in the Washroom was not maintained properly. The shower was not working. This will make the life difficult for the guests who are not used to the bath tub.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were patient and kind. And the food was wonderful.

It’s a bit of and older facility and sometimes things didn’t work well (the AC, TVs in rooms, the card-activated electricity in the rooms), but the staff were always very responsive and did everything they could to rectify things.

Budget friendly wonderful Beachfront property. Spacious room with nice view &cozy bed. Lovely infinity pool, good ambience restaurant and the catchy lift. Tasty dinner and gud spread breakfast. Excellent service from many kind & helpful people. I enjoyed the rain on the beach in the evening as well as In the morning I had a bath at the beach (but the waves were notorious) then enjoyed at the pool.. Easy check in check out.. All went well.. Felt safe and secure.

No complaints at all for tis rate..

The breakfast was good. However, I was woken up at 5:30 am because of an air-conditioner leak and my living room was flooded. The front office sent a couple of repairs men which took more than 30 minutes. No one asked me about the inconvenience and the front desk did not bring this issue up, or offer me a refund or discount for the inconvenience. I was a bit disappointed.

Better maintenance to avoid any problems.

1. Reception staff needs training to welcome guests, looked unhappy 2. No welcome drinks provided 3. Water in the toilet was yellow and not filtered 4. Blinds in the room were old & not working and not bothered to replace.

Good sized room with good view of beach. Staff eager to help and make stay pleasant.

Armchairs in room were old and shabby. Although a good size, the pool is overlooked by everyone in the dining room, and was uninviting as it was very breezy while we were there (2 days in early Feb)

The view was amazing. we loved watching the fishermen bringing in their nets from our bedroom. The pool was an added bonus and the lifeguard/pool attendant was very attentive and kept the pool area tidy and organised

It was a bit tired, but nothing that troubled us. We did encounter a group of young men in an adjacent couple of rooms during our stay who were very rowdy. Obviously this isn’t down to the hotel staff who were very courteous and helpful

This property may look a little tired on first impressions, but it is worth looking past this. It has everything you need, good rooms, comfortable beds, good towels a pool, restaurant and Bar. We needed to book a tour on arrival and this was sorted within the hour. Staff were great

Location as we wanted the railway station to be close. Also, the beach view is spectacular. You can spend the entire day in your room! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request. We had an early train and they packed us an amazing breakfast at 5 AM.
